this video i reacted to bee gees the song was to too much heaven and wow this was so unreal and good i loved it - Zábava
This was from a kinder and gentler time. These brothers reflect that.
You are probably the 20th person I have seen reacting to this for the first time. I will NEVER get enough of these reactions. EVERY SINGLE PERSON WAS BLOWN AWAY!!
I loved your reaction!! And since this song came out all proceeds have gone to charity! On CZcams is the story of the BeeGees. If you get a chance do watch it. You will be blown away by their story! GOD BLESS YOU FOR SHARING YOUR REACTION WITH US!!
Kristina Korpi I think I am on 20 reactions myself
It's like they invented harmony. Live band, no auto tune, no computerized voice enhancement and one mic for all three of them. Back then (1979). singing was just pure, raw talent. By the date of this recording, the BeeGees had already been singing together professionally for 21 years when Barry was 12 years old and the twins were just 9. All of the Gibb brothers including little brother, Andy, could sing in that amazing falsetto voice. But Barry was the master. He was able to exorcise more control over it. The Gibbs were, in my opinion, the most multi-talented families in music history. They wrote their own songs as well as writing songs for many other musical greats. This song was included on a compilation album to benefit UNICEF. There were many artists who recorded songs on the album, but the BeeGees gave all the royalties from this song in any form. In, at that time, an unprecedented move, they also gave UNICEF the publishing rights to Too Much Heaven. To date, Too Much Heaven has raised over 11 million dollars for UNICEF. In 1967, they wrote a song called To Love Somebody which appeared on their third album titled BeeGees 1st, but their first internationally, as the first two albums were only released in Australia. BeeGees 1st was released in July '67. Otis Redding was set to record To Love Somebody on his next album. Sadly, Otis was killed in a plane crash, Dec 10,1967. I thought for the longest time that they didn't record it themselves until after the death of Otis Redding. Their brother Andy Gibb had a very successful solo career as well until his death on March 10,1988. Just 5 days after turning 30. Andy had developed myocarditis, inflammation of the heart, which was brought on by a viral infection While most people recover from myocarditis, Andy's body was unable to fight the infection due to his history of drug use. Soo sad!
Great information. Love them dearly.
@@pekieboo wrong. All 3 also sang in falsetto.
Im 63 and It's so amazing to see the younger generation enjoy this wonderful music, and they have so many more songs to enjoy. Ty for your great reaction.
The Bee Gees were the greatest ever ever!! Their music touches your heart and soul!! Watch More than a woman!
Bee Gees were the masters of tight harmony. This song was a donation to UNICEF that sold over 11 million copies. They hit it really big when they performed the title songs for the movie "Saturday Night Fever", which also launched the career of John Travolta. They also wrote scores of #1 hits for other artists.
The Bee Gees is a DEEP rabbit hole that could give your subscribers a ton of "Reaction" videos from you.
Welcome to thee beautiful BeeGees world. They’re angels on earth. They’re amazing. Truly bro.
Bee gees = geniuses
I grew up with this kind of music 🎶 and I feel blessed
Love my Bee Gees. 75 years old and feeling groovy. ❤
In the 70s we called that "Baby making music"...
Yes!!! So many babies were born nine months after this was released. LOL
The Bee Gees recorded from the 1960's until 2001. Almost all the songs they recorded were written by them. They also wrote hit songs for other artists. The falsetto voices were mainly used in the 70's.
Nice to see your honest reaction. Really shows we did have great music back in the day
Pure vocal talent. No autotune. They put in the time, effort, commitment to become great.
They changed the face of music in the latter half of the 20th Century. Their music was magic. I hope you'll check out a LOT more of their work. Maybe "You Should Be Dancing," where their youngest brother, Andy, joins them onstage for that one; or "Tragedy," or "Emotions." And the list goes on for a very long time. Great reaction.
Walk with me back to the 70s. Full orchestra, live recording, one mic, one take, no auto tune, every piece had to be perfect in sync. Hard work. No computers. Great reaction!
In the 70's i never went on a date without the BeeGees playing all night.
If you listen very carefully, their diction and vibrato were so in sync, it was as if sung by a single voice with multiple overtones. Also remember, this was a time before computer enhancements. No Autotone.
Your mind is blown!! LOL!! They are AWESOME!! You can't go wrong listening to anything by them!!
Please react to " Fanny Be tender with my love " and " Love You Inside Out " and " Reaching Out" and Love so right " by Bee Gees! Great reaction! Thanks!
Thanks for my request to one of my all-time favorite group The BeeGees. They made many beautiful songs such as Stayin' Alive, For Whom The Bells Toll, Fanny Be Tender With My Love, Nights On Broadway, Words, To Love Somebody.and many more.👍👍👍💯💯💓
Thank you as well
Please reacted to How Can You Mend a broken Heart by the Bee Gees
And......More Than A Woman.
I really appreciate your honest reaction to one of the best groups of all time and you are right it is sad we don't hear more songs like this today when we need it most. They have a lot more like this if you jump into it you want regret .React to how deep is your love next please
What an awesome reaction! All the music in that era, and going back to the 50s were all good clean and well sung songs. You have much more to discover! Enjoy the ride!! :)
Bee Gees are dope bro! Nobody does it like they do.
“What in tarnation!” Made me smile almost as huge as you did. Never get tired of the younger generation getting to experience the beautiful music of these amazing men and start down the BeeGees rabbit hole. Enjoy!
The Bee Gees are the 4th best selling artists of all time after the Beatles..Elvis and Michael jackson.
Very nice reaction video! Bee Gees fun fact... what do these 3 massive #1 hit's by the Bee Gees ( Tragedy, Too Much Heaven & Shadow Dancing) all have in common? Not only were they all #1 hits from 1979 but they were all written on the same afternoon! it's crazy when you even think about how talented these 3 brothers were!! The harmonies & Barry's falsetto are second to none! There will never be another group like this again........EVER!
Actually, they did it many more times, many more hits. Three brothers here, Barry in the middle ( the oldest ) and the two others are fraternal twins Robin and Maurice. They had another brother, the youngest, Andy, who went solo.
And all that is left is Barry. The others have left us. :(
@Kenny Anderson died in England.
Thanks, Lech -- no better harmonies than with family! Sad that they are all gone except for Barry (lead, oldest brother) - appreciate your reaction.... hope to hear more from you...
This song is the closest thing to perfection that I've ever heard, and I've heard a lot in that I'll be 63 in a few days and love music. A die-hard BG fan since 1972
Such a terrific reaction. Can't wait for you to react to more. They have hundreds of fantastic songs.
Fanny Be Tender. Living Eyes. I Started A Joke.
Run To Me.
Love You Inside Out.
Tragedy.
Jive Talkin.
Very good!! React For whom the bell tolls live Bee Gees...
Thank you and of course
Your reaction to this is priceless! Bee Gees range, harmony and song writing skills are second to none. Musical geniuses they are.
Your reaction .... PRICELESS!
One more thing. Every time that Barry sings it’s as if he’s making love. In a beautiful way.
Please react to FOR WHOM the BELL TOLLS LIVE by the beegees thanks
Complete, amazing, raw, natural talent
Barry (middle) sang lead on most of their songs. But Robin (on the right with long hair) sang lead on some. Robin also put out several solo albums as well. I think Maurice sang sang lead on a couple.
The Bee Gees are goats i love your reaction
This is what I grew up on man... REAL music. Enjoy ... Peace
A live performance. 1 take. No autotune. 3 brothers 1 microphone. It was for a charity event.
This is what you call real music.
React to Bee Gees - I Cant See Nobody Live 1974 & I Started a Joke to Hear Robins Voice the one in left w/long hair.
There are no words to describe this song and the brothers talent😌😌😌🔥❤️
The wonderful Brother’s Gibb.
RIP Maurice, Robin and lil bro Andy.
OMG you made me lol love this reaction.
Prom. I enjoyed the hell out of your appreciation.
This dude has a big heart and some serious ADHD, which I have too, so I recognize it when I see it. Glad you found one of your new favorite groups. They're one of mine too.
Glad you found the bee gees
They are all gone now except the guy in the middle....Barry. Its so sad because. Even though Brothers, working together throughout the years caused a rift between them that Barry says hurts him everyday. He Loved his brothers. his little Brother Andy also died, tragically because of his lifestyle...God Bless Them All...Barry?....still a huge Fan, you made my 70's nights so cool while I served in the Army in europe in the mid 70's.
This song was done for unicef! All proceeds went to them!!
The opening music reminds me of a lot of the music on the original 'Charlie's Angels' TV show.
It certainly does!
Your dimples are too die for!! Loved reaction and would love your reaction too James Blunt 'Monsters'. New sub!!
"one of a kind" ...???? Are you serious? ALL their songs are like this !!!! ALL!!!
Check out all their music 🎶
Listen to "Alone" and "Fanny" by the Bee Gees
I'm happy to see a new generation exploring--and appreciating!--the music I grew up with. The Bee Gees were pure talent. Please try not to interrupt the videos if you can. If you have to for CZcams purposes, please minimize the number of interruptions. You couldn't get the full impact of this song by breaking it up, and I want you to have the full experience of these songs. I suggest "Closer than Close" from the One Night Only 1997 concert, which has Maurice (pronounced Morris) singing lead, which he rarely does. A beautiful voice. I'm sorry he didn't sing lead more often. Also, "Alone." The version I want you to watch is the one which has the sepia tone/black and white thumbnail. It incorporates the recording of the song with personal home video clips and the official video. Two other songs I suggest are by Elvis and should not, not , not be interrupted or you will miss the entire experience. The songs build as he sings them, and are amazing in the full sense of the word. One is "American Trilogy" from the 1973 Aloha from Hawaii live concert. I can't emphasize enough what a big deal this concert was at the time, as this is the VERY FIRST concert broadcast live via satellite. I remember watching it. The other song is "If I Can Dream" from his 1968 Comeback Special. This is a powerful song, written the year Martin Luther King, Jr. and Senator Bobby Kennedy were assassinated and the Vietnam war was tearing our country apart. If you must interrupt it, do it early in the song, but if you don't have to please let it play through to experience its full impact. Just let the lyrics soak in. I remember when this special was first broadcast, though I was only 7 years old. I also remember when Martin Luther King, Jr.'s and Bobby Kennedy's assassinations were announced on television. A terrible time in history, but the '60s and '70s produced some phenomenal music.... For fun, try the clip of the title song from Elvis' 1957 "Jailhouse Rock" movie.... Btw, Barry Gibb, in the middle on this video, is still creating "hair envy" to this day with that beautiful hair of his.
You must react to the song ,"You are Everything" by the Stylistics. I promise you won't be disappointed.
Hello from Croatia 🤗
Love your channels
They wrote many songs not just the ones they made famous but they wrote for others as well. Barry usually did lead but Robin has an amazing voice as well! I especially liked “I started a joke” it’s a sad song but beautiful. Robin also did “Massachusetts.” He did lead on the chorus of “Alone”
They wrote and produced all the songs for Saturday night fever, a movie back in 1977 which made them famous!
I really enjoyed your reaction and I hope you will react to one of Robin Gibbs solo.
Maurice did lead in a song called “man in the middle.”
It’s sad Barry Gibbs is the last brother living out of the four. They had a younger brother Andy Gibbs that did very well until drugs weakened his heart and he passed at the young age of 30
They were already famous im the late 60s🙂 and those songs were written before SNL, for their new studio album. They let their manager who produced SNF, listen to them and use them for the film. Agree, they need to listen to their whole decades spanning songs and definitely Robin's lead vocals.
This is '70s music The Bee gees been singing since the '60s only one is survivor or the Bee gees today and that's Barry Gibbs , that was Barry Gibbs Maurice Gibbs Robert and Gibbs and a younger brother that didn't sing with them was Andy Gibbs This is my music This is baby boomers music The music y'all didn't want to hear Barry is singing most of the lead and they all can sing
The Bee Gees song catalog goes back to the late 1960s to the early 2000s. Sadly Barry is the only one left. You have a lot more to experience my friend
it's amazing how manly yet so this drives women crazy well this and alot of other things well like elvis
I suggest also you give a listen to The Bee Gees song How deep is your love .
If you’re sad. Listen to any beegees song. Plus in my opinion they’re hot as crap. I was in love with Andy. The youngest brother that passed in 1988. Then Maurice in 2003, Robin in 2012. Still makes me tear up. True perfection.
❤❤❤❤
When they sang this one, panties fell.
U should react to staying alive. Barry hits higher runs.
November 1978
OMG OMG! Why is there teen-E boppers that think they're "all that plus some" when they're not even "all that"? Total BS!

To much pausing I’m gone
You stop the song too much, you're never going to really appreciate it if you stop it every 5 seconds. And think, this was their natural talent, before autotune was invented. The Gibb Brothers, Barry, Robin, and Maurice.
ok last interuption....im not coming back and not subscribing
What????? The song is "good" ?? How old are you??????????????????????
It's been 2 minutes into the song and you pause & talk more than they are singing.
you're more interested in puttin your face on camera than the movie reaction, not interested
reaction weird, an indian can't listen to a song like that.
Sara smile by Hall and Oates.
