Just loved your reaction to our precious Bee Gees! Barry did most, if not all, the leads during the disco era. If you delve into their enormous song catalog, however, you'll find that Robin (on Barry's right, no beard) and Maurice (Robin's fraternal twin) sang leads on many songs pre and post disco. Please react to some of their songs from the late 60's to the early 70's like "I Can't See Nobody", "Run to Me", "Massachusetts", "New York Mining Disaster 1941" and Robin's signature song "I Started a Joke" which was actually played at his funeral in 2012. Songs after the disco era were also amazing like "For Whom the Bell Tolls" (Robin owns this one), "Alone", "You Win Again", "Bodyguard" and "Rings Around the Moon" (two more Robin favorites). I think that if you hear Robin singing the lead you'll fall in love with his angelic voice right away! Please react to some (if not all hopefully) of the above mentioned songs. You can't go wrong with any of these and I promise you that you won't be disappointed!
Awwww thank you 🙏
Might I just add "Fanny be tender with my heart" and "Nights on Broadway"!
You might be right but a few years into it Andy became thestar because of his vocals and he was considered the hottest of the brothers. I was very young but heard these guys all the time on the radio from older teens. I was never actually a big fan, these guys were kinda old school 'boy bands' but sang higher than most women or 13 year old girls could sing. I could see the obvious talent but it always reminded of stories of 18 century very young (9-10 year olds) boys being castrated to keep their voices at a very high pitch after the age of puberty.
Absolutely the best. Over 220million records sold. Writing and singing Geniuses
I agree 🙏
21 umber 1 songs!! Australian British and American rock n roll hall of fame
This is one of the most beautiful songs ever written and the angelic harmonies pull it all together with heavenly lyrics. The Bee Gees were so talented and successful, yet they took a lot of abuse in the 80's for being just that and were basically banned from America radio for nearly 10 years.
One of the greatest groups in music history The Bee Gees. The brothers gibb: Barry, Robin and Maurice Gibb. This song is a classic and of course Barry Gibb with his incredible and iconic falsetto voice. Great reaction thanks so much😀😊
Awww thank you 🙏
Hi Pemi . . . 3 men, 1 microphone, no auto-tune those days, (and I don't think they even used it when it did finally come out either - they had no need to?) - they recording their song live here as well . . . class is class is just sheer class really. Their superb joint harmonies were well practised, and had been exemplary for decades, even from the 1950's onwards . . . Yes, they were singing in falsetto in this one, why, simply because they all could. Yet their normal voices are actually lower on many other songs as well they did also . . . enjoy them, all their songs are good!
The Bee Gees were the greatest ever!!! Their music touches your heart and soul! You’ll never find another group like them!
I agree
By the time the Bee Gees recorded this song they had almost 15 years of perfecting their vocal sound. That's one of the reasons it's amazing
I AM. OBSESSED. WITH. THIS. SONG!!!!! This is one of my favorite songs by them. I’m going to go listen to it again after this video❤️❤️❤️
Awww thank you 🙏
That's how they sounded. Talent rules in those days. Those guys had it. You will be shocked at their careers.
They donated this song to UNICEF. Its raised $7.7 million U.S. so far.
Charles Burris OMG !!! So much money.. God bless their heart
They are TOOOO MUCH aren’t they. I grew up with them ❤️. Keep going further with the Bee Gees. They are UNBELIEVABLE 😊❤️
Youngest brother Andy also had a singing career. He passed in 1988 of heart inflammation
I have never heard about them but this is beautiful they are performers.Nice music
I'm having goosebumps while listening to them sing. The way of singing has evolved over the years. I don't think you can still here someone sing the way they do.
I doubt it. Thank you for watching
Me too every time I hear it since it came out.
They have such beautiful voices
Awwww thank you 🙏
This is my favorite Bee Gees song. So smooth, so beautiful. Makes me feel so calm and in love. 🥰 I feel like I’m in heaven it’s so beautiful.
Awwwwww
I could listen to them all day. Beautiful, they harmonize well.
Awwwww thank you so much for watching
The voices are a blessed God given gift ! And they and their music have indeed been a gift to the planet the world the universe !
I totally agree with you. You nailed it 🙌🏼
Barry had a very good falsetto. He sang with his regular voice too.
Charles Burris Wao!!
Seus ouvidos ouviram mesmo essas vozes divinas, maravilhosas e totalmente harmônicas! Nunca mais ouviremos vozes como essas! Amo, amo, amo demais desde a minha infância! Bee Gees, The Best! From Ilha de Paquetá - Rio de Janeiro - RJ - Brasil com S! ✨✨✨💖💖💖🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷

Thank you 🙏
Watch the version video version with the girl in the trailer on the beach. It tells a story the one in New York doesn't. Also, find WEDDING DAY, a live performance from a show called Total Request Live. Great.
Bee gees were incredible especially for their time
The "Baby Boomer" generation has loved the Bee Gees for 70 years... as in YEARS! We have sustained and supported their work, talents and supreme performances.
The Bee Gees were a music group formed in 1958. Their lineup consisted of brothers Barry, Robin, and Maurice Gibb. The trio were especially successful as a popular music act in the late 1960s and early 1970s, and later as prominent performers of the disco music era in the mid-to-late 1970s. The group sang recognisable three-part tight harmonies; Robin's clear vibrato lead vocals were a hallmark of their earlier hits, while Barry's R&B falsetto became their signature sound during the mid-to-late 1970s and 1980s. The Bee Gees wrote all of their own hits, as well as writing and producing several major hits for other artists. The Bee Gees are widely referred to by many critics, media outlets and fellow artists as the "Kings of Disco".
Born on the Isle of Man to English parents, the Gibb brothers lived in Chorlton, Manchester, England until the late 1950s. There, in 1955, they formed the skiffle/rock and roll group the Rattlesnakes. The family then moved to Redcliffe, in the Moreton Bay Region, Queensland, Australia, and then to Cribb Island. After achieving their first chart success in Australia as the Bee Gees with "Spicks and Specks" (their 12th single), they returned to the UK in January 1967, when producer Robert Stigwood began promoting them to a worldwide audience. The Bee Gees' Saturday Night Fever soundtrack (1978) would be the turning point of their career, with both the film and soundtrack having a cultural impact throughout the world, enhancing the disco scene's mainstream appeal. They won five Grammy Awards for Saturday Night Fever, including Album of the Year.
The Bee Gees have sold over 120 million records worldwide (with estimates as high as over 220 million), making them among the best-selling music artists of all time.[5] They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1997;[6] the presenter of the award to "Britain's first family of harmony" was Brian Wilson, historical frontman of the Beach Boys, another "family act" featuring three harmonising brothers.[7] The Bee Gees' Hall of Fame citation says, "Only Elvis Presley, the Beatles, Michael Jackson, Garth Brooks and Paul McCartney have outsold the Bee Gees."[8] The Bee Gees are the third most successful band in Billboard charts history after the Beatles and the Supremes.[9]
Following Maurice's death in January 2003 at the age of 53, Barry and Robin retired the group's name after 45 years of activity. In 2009, Robin announced that he and Barry had agreed that the Bee Gees would re-form and perform again.[10] Robin died in May 2012, aged 62, after a prolonged struggle with cancer and other health problems, leaving Barry as the only surviving member of the group
Amasing BeeGees .They were the best singer /songwriters ever.
Their voices are a gift from God!!!!!!
That kind of singing is called Falsetto - a method of voice production used by male singers, especially tenors, to sing notes higher than their normal range. There have been quite a few singers who sang like that including one of the most popular Black groups The Stylistics (so many hit I cannot list here) , Eddie Holmans (who sang Hey There Lonely Girl) and usually one member of groups like The Temptation, The Foundations.
They sing so beautiful! They’re voices are so unique. I’ve never heard of them but they are great artist!
Sir Barry Alan Crompton Gibb . the man in the midle is not only worlds most famous falsetto vocalist of all time, he holds the record with Paul McCartney from the Beatles as the world best and most productive music composer of all times, (1105 songs, 36 No.1 songs around the globe, 9 No.1 US Billboard hits in a row (1978-1979) and 450 compositions for other great artist like Cher, Barbra Streisand, Diana Ross, Celine Dion, Kenny Rogers & Dolly Parton as George Michael, Take That & Boyzone in more than 50 years is unmatched - his compositions stands the test of time and will be listen for future generations and forever 🌹👍 welcome in the rabbit hole Bee Gees
Wao !!! Such a great man
Beautiful falsetto voices!
Yesss
God given talent,its so rare.
Watch More than a woman!! Great harmonies
Wao!! Thank you I’m going to check it out
Bee Gees are the real G's man. They really have an amazing voice. Loved the video
In the 70s we called that "Baby making music"...
Lol 😂. I totally agree
U said busting my brain. Lol.
Wow......I'm hearing about them for the first time, need to dig on them. Great reaction from you sis💖
we didtn' even have computers back then. No auto-tunes :)
Absolutely correct
These guys are brothers who started working the australian pubs as children. It seems effortless because they have sung together all throgh their growing years and beyond. Barry wrote so much music, for them and a lot of other artists. They are masters of falsetto voices. Guys all have them, just don't usually train them.
Very talented brothers that found their niche & with every song left us with something, best 3 part harmony in the business. Best 2 part goes to Simon & Garfunkel. Beatles sang 3 part also but the Bee Gees ruled 3 part territory, the epitome
They have been singing since the 1950s so they had time to perfect their sound it's so great
Old school is just the hit wonder the did music from the soul..✅
Wao!!! I love love reaction darling 🥰
Thank you 🙏
Natural God given Talent
*Wonderful reaction!! Great reaction!!!*
You couldn’t just help moving your body 🤣. You were really feeling the song. Wonderful 😘
Notification gang.
Thank you for always hny
Love is such a beautiful thing 🤗💃🏽
Exactly
The brothers GIbb. Barry (in the middle), Robin at right & Maurice at left. They are originally from Australia. Try any of their 40 hit songs next spanning from the 60's to the 90's. You Should Be Dancing, More Than A Women, How Can You Mend A Broken Heart are a few to start with.
🥰
They are originally from the Isle of Man. They were born there in the 1940s, moved to Australia in 1958 and then moved back to England in 1967.
Watch Bee Gees One night only in Las Vegas! The whole thing. Amazing!
All the brothers could sing in the beautiful falsetto voice. However Barry and their younger brother, Andy Gibb were masters. Andy Gibb had an awesome solo career. Sadly(so very sadly) he died at the age of 30 in 1988. He and Barry were very close. Something else about Barry is that he was able to sing in his falsetto voice while simultaneously singing vibrato as well. That's pretty rare and just another reason why the Gibb family is hands down the most talented, enduring group in music history. Their music has spanned six decades.
omg.. At the age 30.. very sad. thank you for sharing with me
Yes ...my girl is having fun with this song,go sweetie😍
Thank you hny 🙏
The Bee-Gees are a great brand and I like your style of reaction for reaction videos.

Unfortunately that's true Laurie, but a lot of missed Robins voice. His voice was so unique and ethereal. Nothing against Barry, his voice was great, but Robins was absolutely amazing. He was my favorite. We all had our favorites and they all are great. They were the awesome, fabulous Bee Gees. The greatest group ever.

Thank you! Will do!
Awesome reactions ⭐️💫😃 Im a new subbie
That voice👌🏿👌🏿 no wonder you chose to react to this ❤️❤️
The Beegees were brothers, the one in the middle is the eldest, the other two were twins. The eldest is still alive but the twins passed away, one in 2006 the other in 2012. One of my all time favorite songs from them is actually from their last album, made in 2001. 'Where I Come In', the music video is funny as well. In the video, they proved that they could still rock just was well as ever before.
Omg 😮 May their souls rest in perfect peace
Youngest brother Andy died in March 1988 of a heart inflammation. Should have mentioned Andy dated Olivia Newton John.
J_shark Beasley Good Lord 😭. May his soul Rest In Peace

This was the actual recording of the song. Also they donated the song to the children's charity Unicef.
You could listen to 50 of their songs and you'd like them all.
Their voice is amazing!!!
Great legendary musicians of six decades, let me suggest ABBA to react to i always hoped ABBA and the Bee Gees would have collaborated on an album i imagine it would have been epic
K C Awww thank you 🙏. I will check it out
Barry has a 5 octive range of his voice and is an amazing artist.. His falsetto voice came about because he could scream
I have not seen one female who hasn't instantly fallen in love with Barry, at least, on these commentaries. Such a great Aussie group. Shame the twins died. RIP
Keep finding and reacting to the Bee Gees. Love to see younger generations discover these three music icons.
Awww thank you 🙏
I love the Bee Gee’s! 👌🏾
The Brothers Gibb ...... Professionally known as 'The Bee Gees. Concentrate on their faces.
(1) Maurice (on the right; a little bit of hair) -pronounced Morris) passed away in 2003. To make a long story short, while on his way to surgery for his intestines, he had a heart attack, yet the doctors operated anyway. (I heard Barry said this on another video.) He was in the hospital for only 2 days!
(2) Robin (on the left - long hair) fraternal twin of Maurice, passed away 2012, after the diagnosis of cancer.
(3) Andy, the youngest brother, who had his own successful career, died of inflammation of the muscles surrounding the heart, perhaps to years of drug abuse. He passed in 1988, at the age of 30.
The 3 brothers were also married and had children.
Barry (in the middle) said, "I am the last man standing." Barry is the eldest of the brothers.
On September 1, 2021, he and his wife, Linda will celebrate their 51st wedding anniversary, which will also be Barry's 75th birthday. They have 5 adult children, and 7 grandchildren. The Bee Gees have sold over 220 million records worldwide (more by now.) They were also writers for many other artists. Barry just completed a new project called 'Greenfields: The Gibb Brothers Songbook.' It is very nice!
On a side note, their sister, Lesley, who is the first born, was 77 in January, 2021. She lives a quiet life with her family.
Watch the movie 'Saturday Night Fever.' After it was completed, the director felt the movie needed a different style of music. In comes the Bee Gees. Their songs replaced Boz Skaggs and Stevie Wonder's songs. {Anyway Stevie Wonder was busy during the 70s. He recorded at least 5 albums.
} They wrote all of their songs.
You will like: How Deep Is Your Love ---- Staying Alive ---- Night Fever ---- Emotion
Wao.. Thank you so much for watching
Music from my area was so great ❤😊
here's a bit more info.. I appreciate your emotions, we grew up with this kind of talent. Back then they could sing and write. surrounded by Bee Gees, Beatles, Niel Sadaka, Michael Jackson, Barry White, Johnny Mathis, War, Fleetwood Mac, Beach Boys, Moody Blues, Abba, Chicago, Doors, and the list goes on. Here is some info on the greatness you are first experiencing...
Sir Barry Alan Crompton Gibb , the one in the middle in "To Much Heaven", is not only worlds most famous falsetto vocalist of all time, he holds the record with Paul McCartney from the Beatles as the world best and most productive music composer of all times, (1105 songs, 36 No.1 songs around the globe, 9 No.1 US Billboard hits in a row (1978-1979) and 450 compositions for other great artist like Cher, Barbra Streisand, Diana Ross, Celine Dion, Kenny Rogers & Dolly Parton as George Michael, Take That & Boyzone in more than 50 years is unmatched - his compositions stands the test of time and will be listen for future generations. I borrowed this information to share with you. They didn't sound like ladies to me. I would have never confused their voices with female voices. They just sounded like men singing in falsetto which is a high male voice. They were angelic sounding. The harmony was perfection. Barry Gibb the oldest was born in 1946 so in 1958 he was 12 years old. Maybe that's when he started singing with his brothers who would have been 9years old, they were fraternal twins, born at the same time but looked different. This performance was in 1979. They first sang professionally on Australian TV in I believe 1958. This is 21 years and not slowing down even a little bit. Another thing about To Much Heaven is that the BeeGees gave all royalties and copy rights to this song for UNICEF. I believe to date it's raised 11 million dollars for UNICEF. This was one of their most popular songs. love your channel...Thanks for taking us back.
Wao!!! Thank you so much for sharing with us
+ 1 to the family.
Great reaction ! Love your facial expressions ! Have U done Angelina's , It's a Man's World yet ?
Awwww thank you 🙏
Nope not yet
This is a taste of the high falsetto note Barry hits. U should check out their song Staying Alive. They are known for they're Falsetto sound. I love the way they harmonize together.
Kim Talley Wao! Thank you so much for the recommendation I’m definitely going to check it out
