best band of all times 😎👍🎶🎶
I agree 💯👍🏽
Don‘t forget: this was recorded in 1994(!!!). It was even more off the charts back then! The fact that it is still off the charts 30 years later says it all!
True
Hello Eddy! I spoke with Delaney during the intermission. As you dive further into the world of Pink Floyd’s extensive collection, you will realize they were seriously talented musicians.
Thanks for the info, will do..
@@jdelaney4158 It’s the right thing to do!
Pink Floyd is an Experience unique to itself. 😊
Great Gig in the Sky! Pulse concert
Now that is the way to do a reaction video! You listened, you didn't interrupt with pauses and talking and you waited until the end to comment. You were tuned in and we appreciated your reverence to good music. Consider carrying on with the whole pulse concert and all of Pink Floyds catalog. Allow us to take this journey with you and enjoy.
Glad you enjoyed
you must be some kind of genius to make a song like this. Love to Floyd
True, I agree
Enjoyed spending time with you tonight sharing this song together❤
Thank you soo much for watching..
Pink Floyd is like no other musical group. Their music style is unique. All of the songs from the Pulse collection are excellent. Please check out COMFORTABLY NUMB live (Pulse).
Thanksss for the info, will do ❤️
I saw Pink Floyd live, and it was an experience. The best show I ever went to and I've been to a lot of shows.
The song is about former band mate and one of the founding members of Pink Floyd. Syd Barrett its about him losing his mind.
Wow Right!!!
@@eddybassreacts SYD (S)hine on (Y)ou crazy (D)diamond.
Pink Floyd is like Candy for your Soul. I remember first hearing PF 40 years ago. I felt something in my body that I didnt know I needed.
Haha yea right
Greetings from Canada. Nice going, young sir. Now, try a tune that features the bass guitar of Guy Pratt at the same Pulse Concert: "One of These Days" will blow your skull open. Peace, love and bellbottoms.
Okay, I’ll check that out 👍🏽
And MONEY, SORROW, LEARNING TO FLY, ANOTHER BRICK IN THE WALL by live PULSE ...bass MASTERPIECE.
The BEST version of that song, is on the Delicate Sound of Thunder (live)
@@BarzOnTheWindow1 no...senza DICK PARRY 🎷 ai sax non c'è SHINE ON YOU CRAZY DIAMOND.
Scott Page è un bravo musicista ma in quella versione di DELICATE SOUND OF THUNDER si perde in troppe variazioni fuori tema e fuori luogo.
I suggest One of These Days to him, because he is bass player.
Guy Prat, was Pink Floyd Live bass player. Guy, does excellent job on Delicate Sound
great Blues, great space rock. best concert ever
Absolutely 👍🏽
You MUST watch the whole concert! Best production in R&R history!!! Welcome to the world of Pink Floyd!!
Mind blowing
I still maintain that the original DVD is better but hay at least I was there, brilliant.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again when it comes to describing Pink Floyd: Pink Floyd is the kind of band that are in a genre of their own. They are the epitome of the truest expression of art in rock music. It’s like painting murals, but with music instead of paint.
Soo true
As a Bassist check out "One of These Days" from this same life changing concert! Also check out John Entwhistle of The Who on "Won't Get Fooled Again" Shepperton Session. It is often said that if you voted for the top three bass players, the late JE would fill all three places!
Back up singers are awesome!!
Very solid..
Great reaction! I'm going to see Nick Mason (the drummer) in concert tomorrow. He has a band with excellent musicians, including the bassist Guy Pratt from this concert. They play more early Pink Floyd songs up to and including Meddle. Which may not mean anything to you now, but it will in time. Enjoy your Floyd journey. There is nothing like it.
Wow, that’s gonna be an amazing experience, I envy you all… 😊,I am getting into this rabbit hole gradually and really enjoying my journey. Thanks for the comment. Have a great time tomorrow in the concert too. Cheers.😊👍🏽
my favorite Floyd song. The full story behind this song, the Syd Barrett story, will make you feel it all the more.
Okay, really have no idea.
Thanks for the reaction Sir! Glad to hear we have another Pink Floyd fan. This song is a 1975 tribute to an original band member, Sid Barrett. Your interpretation is also fitting. Pick an album and song...to can't go wrong.
Thanks for the info! I’ll am definitely a fan now, will be checking out more
I am so glad you loved it.
Truly, I did..
Enjoyed your reaction, my friend! Since you are a musician, it is no surprise that you enjoyed this song. Pink Floyd was all about the music. They are brilliant, talented musicians with a massive catalog of iconic music.
Try Comfortably Numb live at the Pulse concert 1994. You will love it.
Thanks for the info, will do ❤️
symphonic blues or prog dreams, whatever you call it, it is beautiful
☺️ it is absolutely beautiful
If you thought that was good wait until you see comfortably numb and then the great gig in the sky and so many more !!!
Wow..
Immortalized : Syd Barrett 1946-2006 R.I.P.
Oh😔
Anyone that reacts to Pink Floyd like that is worth a sub.
Cheers chap, I'm on board.
Wow.. I appreciate your comment means a lot to me bro.🙏👍🏽
I know it's a foot long but I hope it's not a six inch😅
Next: Pink Floyd: Pulse: „High hopes“!
Thanks Eddy! You see with musical eyes/ ears.
Thank you soo much.
Now you know what we grew Up with?.... No wonder No wonder.
We have Thank you, Pink Floyd for all our wondrous. Wondrous mind opening journeys on l. Yes. D😅.
Awesome
Pink Floyd will get the subs way up.
Excellent reaction, wish you the best of success.
I appreciate it!
Thank you for not interrupting the music!
Thank you for watching 🙏
Great to see Sam Brown in the backing vocals (the one in the middle). She's a fantastic artist in her own right. Worth checking her out.
Awesome
I bought her solo album back in the day. "STOP"
Wow..
Right on. Thanks for sharing.
Welcome!
My first reaction of yours, and it’s a great one. 🎼🎶
Thank you. I really appreciate 👍🏽
Watch Echoes live in the Roman Amphitheatre in Pompeii in 1971
Okay
Par excellence.
Thankssss
Nice reaction! Please consider reacting to the whole Pulse concert, as not a single song disappoints. Next is Learning to Fly :)
I'll check it out! It’s a great experience for me too and I am enjoying it 👍🏽
The bass player Guy Pratt played with the band, and then David Gilmour for over 30 years, I think he is now in his 50s, he has played for big names, including Madonna. He was married to the keyboard player, Richard Wright's daughter. I think the drummer, Nick Mason was touring, maybe last year, with his band.
Wow.. Great guysss, all of them
Sweet job my friend. More Pink Floyd/David Gilmour, more subscribers.
Thanks! Will do!💯👍🏽
I suggest "One of These Days" Pulse 94 for some Bass playing
Okay 👍🏽
🤗 Welcome to the family! 🤯 Be prepared to have your mind blown. You WILL be getting a TON of request for 'Comfortably Numb' Pulse Live 😉 so get ready! 🥰🐰
Can't wait! Glad I am finally here.
New subscriber here. Welcome to the Pink Floyd rabbit hole! You’re in for a ride. Can’t wait till you get to Comfortably Numb from this concert. Echoes is another great one, especially the one they did in Pompeii when they were young. ✌🏻💕
Thank you soo much
Great reaction! Welcome to the Pink Floyd rabbit hole you are about to experience. You will not regret it! Look forward to more!
Thank you soo much ! Will do!
If you havent yet. Do some Rush please. Tom.Sawyer
Okay.. I’ll check that out 👍🏽
Great reaction! You should keep checking more Pink Floyd songs! Any song from that live concert is a unique jewel! Also, I would like to suggest you a bass player from Argentina named Pedro Aznar. You can check the song "A los jóvenes de ayer", from the band "Serú Girán", in which Pedro is the bassist. Also, if you like progressive music, you should check "La máquina de hacer pájaros", you won't regret it! Their songs "Que se puede hacer salvo ver películas", "Hipercandombe" and "Ah te vi entre las luces" are classics from our progressive rock history. Cheers! You earned a new subscriber.
Yo!!! Thank you soo much man ❤️
When you listen to their album ANIMALS, go through the entire album from the first song through the last.
Okay 👍🏽
The song is about their former band member Syd Barret, who had to leave the band for mental health problems. (Remember, when you were young: you shone like the sun! Now there‘s a look in your eyes like black holes in the sky. Shine on you crazy diamond!)
Wow
I'm excited to see you diving into new music. You did a great job of breaking down what you liked about it. I see your channel is new. Good luck, and enjoy the journey. You have a new team member! Keep shining!
Thank you soo much ❤️
Now have to listen to the album version which is longer and has more music
Sure will, thankssss
This is to me the absolutely the best way to honor Syd for what he meant to the band.
Other than Roger Waters and Syd started the band, David mastered his craft, but Roger was the genius!
Awesome Guy..
They all legends man.. ❤️🙏
@@eddybassreacts You know it
Oh oh! You just went down the Pink Floyd rabbit hole. You’re in trouble now….😮
Hahaha love the trouble 😜😉
Wait until Animals man
Wow!!!
In another century, in a place long since demolished, they played this as the opening number. Their first tour without Roger Waters.
His absence made it no less incredible.
Awesome!
Dick Parry's 🎷
Awesome Guy..
If David ever missed a note , you would have to know it was purposeful , if you even noticed. Pro's.
Hahaha Awesome guy..
How about that saxophone switch? Was that cool or what?
He was super amazing
😢 Dogs of war....... On the turning away...... The wall The whole album watch the movie
If you haven't already, you really need to check out Tool. Start with The Pot and see what you think. Their bassist is 🔥!
Great! Will do
If you like bass you have to give Rush a listen to, Geddy Lee is one of the top players ever and he's backed by a drummer and lead guitarist that are just as amazing. A live version of Leave That Thing Alone would be a good one to start with. Cheers from Canada. 😊🇨🇦
Nice one, I’ll definitely like to check that out. Thanks for the suggestion.
Mother
Nothing even comes close to pink Floyd.
True
Here in this video you all will learn music for real
not that bad bunny and all that kind of f...music
