    I worked for a big German governmental authority and guess what - the biggest issue for all kinds of discussions/workshops was always using certain wording without having equal/uniform understanding. So my foremost agenda was usually similar to Yours Professor Trost: First of all let's define what we are talking about^^ (The reactions varied vastly:)
    Most important point and absolutely universal!
    I work in Asia now and even worse - so many misunderstandings and minimal willingness to spend the necessary time for every player to catch up.
