My foot pedal does NOT work nor make anything spin!
You actually should have another bucket, after you mop a few strokes dip dirty mop in another bucket the spin dirty water off mop into the separate dirty side. Then dip the mop in your clean water side. So your not putting dirty water back on clean floor. They should rethink this product
I use to clean a supermarket floor every night, before I went home, manually, with a 4 foot wide mop, and it had a big metal bucket on wheels about 3 foot high,5 feet wide 6 feet long, one side clean water, the other side a rinser / wringer for the dirty water, seperate, this was in 1968.
I wonder why they don't put these spinning mop buckets on wheels, it would make it eay to move, I suppose you could have two of these, one for cleaning, and the other for rinsing the mop. I just keep mopping until the mop water is clear / clean.

Is the dirty water separate?
not really, it's just evenly spread the dirt across the floor, to eliminate the dirt highlights, unless you just keep mopping, and keep on replacing the water, with clean water until you cannot get the water dirty, then you know the floor is clean, and the mop is clean.
I use a vacuum cleaner first to remove the dust.
I have seen contract cleaners mopping floors in hospitals, with filthy ( black ) water, makes me think, are they thinking, they don't care, but there should be someone checking on what they are doing. when the hospitals had " direct labour " the cleaning was good, they had pride in there work. so thehospitals saved mony, but reduced quality. this is in the UK
Single bucket or twin bucket?
There is a dirty separate side but after your mops dirty your dipping it in clean water to spin. Making clean water dirty.

So after you mop you dip the dirty mop in the clean side to get more water. So your actually making your clean water dirty. Then spin dirty water in opposite side. That doesn't even make sense.
My mop head keeps falling off
it has to snap in or click in order to lock it in place
pedals are no good cause the bucket will turn over and then make huge mess!
Another option you can also spin with the handle
You don’t show well enough how this foot pedal works!
