    Video and explanation excellent but I hate in your generosity to explain the second type, which is through the use of pressure by hand on the stick and not by pressing the man

    Hello, can you tell me the purpose of the three small gears? They can't be for step up or down because the shaft goes to the center gear. Can they be removed completely? Thanks.
