It’s called greed! Taking advantage of people because they can’t find a property. Disgusting really. We already have mortgage stress because the cost to buy houses is now around $1.2 million in the outer Sydney area. Absolutely ridiculous. In wealthy suburbs we see houses selling between $5 - $15 million . I cannot see my grandchildren ever being able to buy a property.
@@heatherboorman56 isnt the fact that they are selling meaning it is affordable? The problem I believe is the shift from buyers being owner occupiers to investors, this is the big reason owner occupiers are being priced out of the market. We are also of the mindset that owning a property is a human right. What do you think?
