It is exciting and impressive when you get it in three or four and in less than a minute, but the six-guess Wordles are very interesting, Mark. More time for commentary. Thanks for the daily treat.
Did Mark ever confirm what the previous sequence actually was? I know we thought it was types of fish but with so many failed predictions there had to be something more to it.
@@fakjbf3129 I think it was the fish thing, it’s just a surprisingly broad category. It makes sense that some predictions would be off when the scope is the entire English language and not a list of words, like in a poem sequence
Most people don't know that LASER is actually an acronym and it stands for Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation SCUBA is another acronym that some people didn't know, though probably more known than LASER. SCUBA stands for Self Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus

I hesitated to go for Laser because of it being an acronym and such but It incorporated L, my number one letter to introduce after Stare, so I would’ve super duper kicked myself if I didn’t go for it and it turned out to be the answer. Glad I went with my gut on that one.
The word, that helped me to find JOLLY, gave me 3 yellow and 1 green for a 2! For the first time, I think, there was only one possibility left! Very rare! Is there any particular reason why you are continuing to guess letters that you already know instead of words composed entirely of letters that you haven't guessed yet to maximize the efficiency of your guesses?

When I get three letters right, I go to a completely different word with 5 new letters. I guess it is a better strategy.
