Operation Peninsula: Renault driver using hard shoulder videoed by police

Captur-ed: The driver of this Renault Captur received a traffic summons after being filmed avoiding three lanes of stationary traffic by travelling up the hard shoulder.
They were being observed by Avon and Somerset Police from an unmarked National Highways cab during Operation Peninsula in September.

To be fair I'd also try to escape by any means if at risk of being filmed in a Renault Captur.
