ARTMA meets with Asaba bus drivers.

The agency had an interactive session with the blue and white Asaba buses.
Before now, it has been a tradition for the Asaba buses to load and drop passengers indiscriminately in Onitsha and environs.
The team led by the MD/CEO Engr Okonkwo Emeka-Konti took time to address the drivers on the new mode of operation to ensure Onitsha is properly sanitized.
We can not turn all the roads in Onitsha into parks, he emphasized.
Henceforth, no commercial vehicle should pick up or drop passengers on the expressway but on the service lane.
After the meeting, the drivers and the ARTMA team drove around the Onitsha metropolis to reconfirm all the park locations and bus stops for clarity.
