Make dual carriage highways from where you can see the beauty of the ocean from your car whilst driving around. Link it up with other road networks. Plant trees, moderately dwarf trees and long ones that can be trimmed on the landscape that demarcates the highway and the ocean. This lucrative idea can be privatized. Let's start building better Europe in Igboland. It is not difficult.
