  • This is a DETAILED video on how to make a very nice 6-Cup Tumbler Turner for the personalized tumbler crafter! The total cost of the materials and supplies (excluding tools) is about $170. I have seen these for sale for upwards of $300 to $400! This is made with a bare minimum of tools, as all my cool-guy woodworking stuff is still in storage 3 states away.

    Thank you for making the video, many people don't have all the equipment to do all cuts and keeping it very simple helps a lot of people, pay no attention to negative comments, keep up your good work.

    That came out great I use shelf paper from the dollar tree for my base and when it gets too messy I just peel it off and use more to start all over

    Do you have a video of how you built the cage to cover the cups? I just built a 5 cup turner today from this video! Thank you so easy! Great instructions!!

    Thank you for the clear instructions. Any chance you can do a second video on the clear plexiglass case around the 6 tumbler turner?

      I am thinking of doing one just showing how to drill everything and how all the pieces fit together. No hour-long build fest on that one ;)

    Could the cabinet rollers be placed inside by the wires?

    since you cemented it all together, what do you do when a motor dies?

      Sorry it took so long to answer. I unscrew the top to get to the motor. I then unmount the motor from the back. If you bought the right size of PVC, then the it should come right out through the holes (it can be a bit tight, though).

    Why 12 of these? There’s only one per turner setup that I can see

    do you have the instructions written out? I don't see how some of the pvc pieces are connected? Great video!

    Question, I have a 8 cup turner that a friend tried to make for me, great start and idea, but the pvc pipe, while rotating, goes up and down...any idea why and how to correct this?

    • @minddistillery6545
      @minddistillery6545  Před 2 lety

      First, apologies for the late reply. Now to the question: the motor isn't aligned with the end of the PVC. In other words, you should have a straight axis that runs from the motor shaft through the center of the end of the PVC. If it is not level, your PVC will wobble.
      I hope this helps :)

      Sorry dude...10 year old daughter working the camera lol
      And yes, I explain much because there are many people building these who have never even touched a hammer in their life.
