Lately I've been feeling a lot more depressed and I had recently relapsed and this honestly made me feel a lot better. My friends are pretty much ignoring me and I feel alone, so thank you. Thank you for making these.
Depression isn't something you can just shake off when someone asks you to, or something you could forget after having a long day at work... And sometimes even the warmest sympathies ain't enough to brush off the hard feel one's going through..
I never say I love you. But I think it and I love any one of you. This channel makes you feel so many things, even when you're dead inside, that you feel just so much less lonely. And the people here seem just so cool. I wish I'd had someone like that in my life. Someone to understand and be sad with. Someone to indulge in loneliness and beauty with. Someone sincere. Someone who'd not run away at the first sign of weakness and from which I wouldn't have to hide my real self until neither I know myself anymore. Norwegian wood comes to mind. Maybe it really is the closest thing to that kind of feeling. This he said to me: "The greatest thing you'll ever learn Is just to love and be loved in return" - I love this song. It was a warm, sunny day. I was at the beach. A cool breeze blew softly on me, blowing my hair. But just very little. The breeze, felt as if it was blowing me away into a flower field. The next thing I knew, I was in some sort of field. The air smelled lovely. I realized it was a flower field. I took in a slow, deep breath. I pick a flower 🌹 and held it to my nose, and smelled the amazing beauty of the flower. I closed my eyes and fell on my back. When I did, I woke up in my bed. Even though it was just a dream, I could still smell the flower field, and feel the warm breeze.
I have suffered with mental illness practically my entire life and have had several suicide attempts. But never once has anyone cared enough to say to me I want to feel what you felt when you said you wanted to kill yourself. Wow Illneas you are a special gift to this world! Your poem was so relatable at this point of time. I am in a foreign country. Here I am physically alone, but all my life at times I felt emotionally alone. But then there were friends and colleagues who made me feeled belonged.
i don't know how i feel about this but this poem touched something in my soul. it related to the suffering i've been feeling recently but it also gave me hope for the light in some unexplainable way.. to all those who are in the dark place right now i'm sending you love and telling you that it gets better. i don't mean that one day you're healed and everything bad stays in the past, sometimes it does come back but.. i know how hard it is to remember about the happy moments of infinity and warm feeling inside when you feel like you belong and some things really matter but in case you feel hopeless, like there's no rescue, no exit or salvation whatsoever, please just stay. stay, be patient, make yourself believe that after the darkest night always comes the morning, after endless tears something makes you smile and laugh so hard that for once you forget how much pain you're bearing. you are not alone, indeed. we are together, trying to live through the chaos of being a human on this planet. i won't tell you to be strong and not give up, you are already so strong because you're holding on. allow yourself to be weak, to fall, to break into the pieces. but be sure that it's all temporary, okay? there are no grief or despair or trials or burdens which you soul cannot bear. there's always a cure, a path to healing. it might take your whole life and never be fully complete but that's the whole point - find the strength and courage to experience both pain and appeasement, emptiness and bliss. like it was said in this video - love, death, and then love again. you're not guilty for being this way - being a mess, your traumas and triggers aren't your fault. but choose to move on. If you're always looking outside yourself for happiness it will always be fleeting. Definitely something I learned with age my early twenties were a whole lot different than my late twenties. You'll get there.

I have never been able to express the pull I feel in my chest when I see one. Simply great poem. The part about "sunsets are meant to be viewed" actually got me triggered. The thing about sunsets is that it always seems to me as a wasted masterpiece. When I see the sun setting on Earth (obviously), I end up thinking about all the astonishing sunsets out there in the universe, without eyes to contemplate. This thought usually gets me sad. So much beauty unseen... Anyway, great work. Also, what a great voice narration. She deserves to be acknowledged.

I am an avid #MentalHealthAwareness advocate and spoken word performer, and I love this so much. I travel the country trying to bring that awareness on stages, in classrooms, hospitals, and on my CZcams channel, so I get excited when I see other advocates. 💙❤
We are alone, though. So many of us in pain and abject loneliness every day of our lives, wanting only to connect with that special someone we can trust, protect, and love deeply. Why is that so hard? Why were we taught to put up walls and barriers at every turn to stop ourselves from opening up to others and being happy? Why have we done this to ourselves? You'd think falling in love would be such an easy thing to do since everyone wants to, but we fight it every step of the way. Are we so afraid it won't last forever that we keep ourselves from ever experiencing it at all?
We put up those walls because we tried and tested and failed so many times before🤷♀️… that’s the only reason. Not because we don’t believe in the beauty of love, or that true unconditional love with someone with a soul connection exist. Cause it does exist… it was just not meant for us. And there comes a time in ones life where you have to face reality and accept this fate… of never finding the one for you… and move on with your life and give meaning on another level. It doesn’t kill the love that’s present in your heart and mind… infact it makes you more appreciative of life and the deeper meaning of it.
They say a poetry is not meant to understand. Just feel it, remember it but don't interpret immediately, sooner or later at some point or some day you'll understand it with zero efforts and imagine that moment and tell me how do you guys feel 😌🧖

Overcome my long depression.. but about to get back there again.. Never loved anyone like I loved that person, without a doubt can give my everything to have that person but got a treatment so badly in return.. I feel so low,.. So heartbroken, Man I was flying and now kicked so low 😣😣

We are alone, though. So many of us in pain and abject loneliness every day of our lives, wanting only to connect with that special someone we can trust, protect, and love deeply. Why is that so hard? Why were we taught to put up walls and barriers at every turn to stop ourselves from opening up to others and being happy? Why have we done this to ourselves? You'd think falling in love would be such an easy thing to do since everyone wants to, but we fight it every step of the way. Are we so afraid it won't last forever that we keep ourselves from ever experiencing it at all?
We put up those walls because we tried and tested and failed so many times before🤷♀️… that’s the only reason. Not because we don’t believe in the beauty of love, or that true unconditional love with someone with a soul connection exist. Cause it does exist… it was just not meant for us.
And there comes a time in ones life where you have to face reality and accept this fate… of never finding the one for you… and move on with your life and give meaning on another level.
It doesn’t kill the love that’s present in your heart and mind… infact it makes you more appreciative of life and the deeper meaning of it.
