I personally don’t think Alex had to disclose the raise she was getting to Sophia. It’s not like she was getting extra money for hosting the show, she was being compensated for the extra service she provided. Sophia knew Alex did the editing, and she was okay with it and had no interest in doing that job so it’s not like Alex was taking an opportunity away from her. She had no problem with Alex doing all the extra work as long as she wasn’t getting any extra money and the fact that she also wanted Alex to hide that she was doing all the editing is shady AF! Sophia didn’t want any part in the hard/not so fun editing process but she didn’t want her best friend getting any kind of compensation/recognition for it.
I’m dyinggggg over this hair. Obsessed. So sophisticated.
