How this plugin compares with RVox from Waves? Maybe you do a vs.
I like VoxComp but I don't understand how to use it within the VocalChain plugin. The vocal chain plugin has completely different settings and it doesn't make sense. Instead of "Threshold" VocalChain just has a "Compression" setting with a percentage and it's the exact same regardless of which compressor you choose. Threhshold and percentage are very different things.
Does this do a similar thing as RVox?
Is this available on all Cubase 13 Platforms? (Pro-Artist-Elements) I have Elements 12 and this would be a game changer for me!
There is a comparison page at Steinberg... VoxComp is not in Elements unfortunately, but it's included in the Artist version.
....creamy?! what the heck, it sounds very hard and harsh (the saturation drive control seems a crusher instead of a preamp), nice because it's free, absolutely not comparable to 3rd parties.
AI mastering should have in this upgrade
