How do I do this with midi in a plugin on an audio track?

Ich bin verzweifelt...Ich kann zwar mit meinem Mikrofon in Cubase aufnehmen, aber bei der Aufnahme ist ein komisches flackerndes Geräusch da. Am Mikrofon (Nt1- A Rode) und interface (UR 22 mk Steinberg) kann es glaub ich nicht liegen, weil bei einer anderen sofware funktoniert alles, nur bei cubase 12 nicht. Kann mir jemand bitte weiter helfen?
