I think Aba has this wrong by a mile. This lady who was trolled was scared by the kids. There is no way to know that they are here with good intentions and they already scared her for fun. So now she probably is giving him some of the same medicine. Just like her, she should just laugh because it's a "joke". The security guard was caught in the middle. The kids were up to no good and monetizing their channel by stressing some people out on their day off. And that kid's aggression in his defense is just his cover-up because he was really scared. Good. Fuck those kids.

    • @AbaNPreach
      @AbaNPreach  Před 2 lety +8853

Yes... someone saying "you cut the line, I always get discriminated against because im too tall for rides" is clearly the same as someone accusing somebody of sexual assault. Obvious trolling = Serious Life Altering Allegations.
Next time you crack a bad joke, I hope someone accuses you of being a rap*st... shouldn't be anything wrong since theyre equivalent to you. Those kids may have been dumb but a false acucsation isn't proportional in the slightest.

Volunteered for the police, we got to a scene where a woman accused a man of sexually assaulting her. After listening to their stories and once the woman calmed down a bit, she told us that they're actually in a relationship and that she was just mad at him. It wasn't the first time either. Guys, if something like this happens to you, walk away from the relationship. Don't ruin your life.

He accidentally touched my hand and was apologizing. I didn't see it as a problem since both my hands were holding the dog, so I thought it was weird that he was apologizing over and over. I said "It's fine, no need to apologize..". Then he told me he was falsely accused of sexual harassment. I honestly believe him because of how scared he looked for accidentally touching my hand :(( And when he told the entire story I felt really bad and was upset along with him. If I say you assaulted me but neither of us has evidence and you say you didn’t do it, then the case just ends. If you do have footage, they just say “you’re free to go” and ask that both parties stop having troubles with each other. Even if the accusation was blatantly a lie. I use to work security for a hotel in Vegas. When we would get reports of things like this or just in general we would have to make contact with the other party and get their side of the story. If there was a crime “committed” and one of the parties requested police we would have to hold all and call them so the police could launch an investigation and resolve it. The security office approached it wrong and escalated it off bat.

My understanding is you try to talk with them until police get there, but you cant hold them. This security guy was intentionally stalling for the cops to be there, and seemed a little shady, but he never physically stopped them from leaving. Thats where I see security get in legitimate trouble, when they essentially illegally detain someone without authority and wont let them leave

“who did a crap job at handling the situation”
the police/security guard/authorities aren’t there and they are basing their behavior to what was reported because there is literally no way to know that she’s lying and same goes if the accused said they didn’t do it, the point is it is “reported” therefore the people involved must first be detained to interrogate and not let them escape possible criminal charges, they look for the evidences like security camera footage, witness reports, even physical examination sometimes if it involves violence
like it or not if you think it’s not right to be detained and forced to follow their orders keep in mind there are actual cases(and they are the majority of cases) that isn’t fake like in this video and if the procedure/law happens to fit what YOU, the youtuber in this video and Preaches wants then there are actual victims that wouldn’t get justice and actual criminals not getting what they deserve
you clearly know nothing of what is commonly a common sense procedure, you, the youtuber in this video and Preach video are punching in the air here for nonsensical reason
another thing, they are in a private property so obviously it’s not the actual cops job to police what’s happening there, but as a business that deals with masses of people they employ securities which may not be cops but they are the cops by proxy just not in a public property, they have protocols just like cops they aren’t just civilians that just so happen to have a job to play pretend being a cop they also have legal authority as a proxy public sevant

Because what we're currently doing in this Society is the opposite, we're giving all women credibility in spite of whatever their character is, and in spite of how intelligent or stupid they are. I'm pointing out intelligence because a lot of women are too stupid to navigate conversations that have any degree of pressure, or where they're taking criticism, or where there might be conflict. Rather than having those conversations in a civil way, their response is to claim that they're being victimized. Oh and then there are just women that are terrible people. Preach isn't exaggerating about some cops intensifying a "victim's" claims. It sounds crazy, but if they feel the issue isn't severe enough to merit punishment, they'll subtly convince the accuser it was more than even they initially claimed.

The problem is that they don't know if it is true or not. What if it happened to be true and they are ones that did not want to investigate that? Their carrier is over.

If there's nothing criminal then the cops shouldn't share their information with the complaining party.
If the complainants want to trespass them then they need to tell them to leave and they have to refuse to leave.
There was no reason to give them their information.

I think the whole situation is absolutely insulting to accuse someone of such a “crime”. Also if the head of security was the older gentleman why wasn’t he out there with the police trying to handle this situation being that he is head of security. Instead he sends his 18 yr old minion out there to deal with the police during this serious situation. I smell a lawsuit heading their way. Also there are many security cameras around so they can easily see if there was an “ assault” smh.

Women are treated with kid gloves when it comes to false accusations. You'll be lucky, no bullshit, not an exaggeration, lucky if a judge treats her false accusations as hostile. The prosecutors definitely won't and their lawyers will use anything they can to drum up a story. In almost any scenario, you'll be seen as responsible for not making sure she felt safe enough to not make her want to falsely accuse you.

She should 100% go to jail for lying like that !! Thats really fucked up this is the shit men have to deal with and what real women who are assaulted and people dont believe them bc of this shit!!! Also that guy is just doing his job he was told someone was sexually assaulted so all he was doing was inquiring about it which is his job!! Imagine if your daughter was touched by someone and the security guard didn't give a shit and didn't even go up to them and ask questions!!

It seems like, if nothing else, he lied to them about where they were going and was trying to steer them over to a different place versus the exits. That alone is extremely iffy and unsettling. Especially knowing how some of these people are. Getting led off to who-knows-where and kept on the property when I'm trying to LEAVE? That's disturbing, honestly.
Edit: Oh, and I want to add…I don't know whether they saw the video of the alleged incident or what, but it seemed like the matter was ultimately dropped without real investigation anyways and the park was already trying to placate them. So it doesn't seem like they were truly serious about investigating the alleged crime, either?

@@AhsokaJackson I think they did look at the video but in order for them to look at the camera they couldn't record, I guess they didn't think to record them looking at the footage on their phone or something, and I think the security was within his right to derail a suspected sexual preditor, who lied about never being at the scene of the crime and was trying to flee the property instead of cooperating so they could further investigate. if my daughter was assaulted and the suspect was asking for the exit to flee, I wouldn't tell them either, I don't think any of us would tbh... again the man was just do his job to the best of his ability...

also not shocking that somebody who is clearly a liberal zealot is the one making false accusations. the same people who scream "believe all women" are the same ones undermining real cases.
