Listening to that female swimmer talk about what its like in the locker room getting ready for an event in front of Congress really blew my mind. She said she was sexually assaulted when she was younger and to have a 6 foot 4 inch trans woman with a deep voice walking around the locker room naked and well endowed, just scares the hell out of her. What about her rights? Then the Athletic Department tells her thats just the way it is now, leave if you dont like it. Its quite nerving just to imagine it, but to have it forced on you.

The first guest, had an opportunity to speak and give his side of the argument, he failed to make any sense or point out what the protest was about due to his own arrogance. Does this mean someone in their 20’s can now announce they’re a senior citizen, and receive the retirement pension, or can an adult suspected of child molestation argue that they identify as a 13yr old school kid?
The court would bring out the birth records as evidence of the birth facts, just as anyone else has the right to identify someone by their birth gender without this being identified as some sort of phobia for doing so.

That woman said something terrifyingly true at the end. We're very very impressionable when we're young and can get involved in some fads and ideologies we don't really understand. In mild cases this might involve breaking the hearts of family and friends; in more extreme cases we could completely screw up our lives. Then we finally experience realisation in our middle age when it's too late. There needs to be far more care taken to protect our children from being taken away from the boundaries of 'normal'.
