- Piers Morgan Uncensored is joined by eco-protester Riz Possnett and Forest Green Rovers owner Dale Vince to discuss whether the methods of protest used by groups such as Just Stop Oil are distracting from the core message of the climate crisis concerns.
Piers begins by explaining that most of the public are just annoyed by protesters and believe they are distracting from their own message. Riz then suggests that it is only necessary as not enough is being done. Riz then proceeds to use some colourful language multiple times to which Piers slams the eco protester, saying: "For an bright young woman, you do behave like a foul-mouthed idiot!".

Lol. I don't like these people at all. They blocked a bridge here the day before yesterday while I was on my way home (mind you I'm in Germany). Took me 3 hours to get home instead of 12 minutes. These people are the definition of remedial.
They need to start fining these people thousands of dollars and jail time. If you knew the fine for disruption of a professional sporting event was $10,000 per person involved plus one month in jail, you'd probably protest somewhere else, not in the middle of a match. Same with protesting on someones private property.

The immediate issue you have there is you're making the "You can't criticize society, you live in society" argument. The lack of viable alternatives for the standard individual isn't a valid response to criticism to harmful existing products.

@KrispKiwi I get your point but you have to practise what you preach at the end of the day. Hypocrisy always turns me off to their point of view. We have been getting scare monguered since the 70s about climate change and so much of It is turning out to be totally wrong. Even the ice caps have grown 5000 KM in the last decade not melted but grown. It has melted a bit in certain areas but in others grown so water levels haven't risen globally at all. Coral Reefs are now coming back stronger then ever also. A lot of it is a con to control everyone. We do have to look after the planet though, nobody is doubting that but blaming it on British people is daft. Go after China, big corperations not hard working people enjoying a bit of tennis. We ain't all doomed ffs. The biggest threat to the world is nuclear war, natural disasters like super volcanoes and asteroids or disease. Not driving your car or eating a beef burger. They are hysterical brain washed idiots and most of them are from privileged bloody backgrounds and it seems it is always the working classes who are the backbone of our country that suffer. Target the rich and powerful champagne socialists.

If you can disrupt other people's day by blocking roads and stopping events for a cause, then you can disrupt your day by lacking the very things that fuel (pun intended) your cause. The real issue is the child like smugness they have when being confronted about their tactics. This is Piers' point -- to get respect you must give! But, narcissistic people ignore social cues nor respect anyone. Hope these people are willing to accept what will eventually come from society... it's only a matter of time.
