Many Israeli tourists visit those countries. However, other countries such as Iran and Syria, with which Israel is at war, Israeli citizens aren't allowed to visit. That's not really controversial given the countries are at war. Iranians and Syrians aren't allowed to visit Israel either. It goes both ways.
