    Is millet which is fermented the best or just boiled cooked. Also which has the shortest from seed to harvest millets. And what about kuttu, barley and green wheat. Please answer or make a video.

    • @munchandmull
      @munchandmull  Před 8 měsíci +1

      Including millets regularly in diet is good for health. Some millet recipes like idli,dosa require fermentation. Small grained millets like kodo, foxtail, browntop, barnyard and little can be cooked just like rice . This does not require fermentation.
      Innumerable possibilities.

      It's best not to mix millets. Have them individually. You can try sourcing the millets online. Example Amazon.

      Yes, happened with me and few of my friends and relatives as well. Millets are not for everyone, so people can switch to hand pound rice or other alternative, also one should not remove white rice completely especially if they are used to it from childhood, better to eat in moderation and also can try eating only in lunch..

    Say something about the "Multigrain" millet mixes available in the market,they are fleecing gullible/idiotic people.

    • @munchandmull
      @munchandmull  Před 6 měsíci

      It's best to use one grain at a time, instead of mixing.
