    Beautifully said Dr. Khadar. We are so blessed to have such clear cut information from a scientist and doctor that is candid and walks his talk and talks the walk.     I am so grateful for all the knowledge you have provided me on millets. I have a request can you make a video on how to make banana stem curry- hence which banana stem can be used? Till what length and which part of the stem to be used. I will be extremely grateful if you shed the light on this subject as well because there is no clear guidance on this subject on youtube. 🙏🙏🙏

    Heard so much about what to eat by so many doctors and science, and unfortunately
    they all differed. Having said this, I'm going to eat whatever I want to eat, always in
    moderation and I don't have any of those diseases at almost 74. Good health for all!
    Oops, it's dinner time, and I'm having 1 chapati-two vegetables-potato curry with little
    brown rice- and nothing for dissert. Take care of your health!

    Sir I have doubt... Actually the fibre percentage including the water weight of the leafy vegetables that means if 2% of fibre in 100 grams means it is not that 2% after removing water... In dried leafy vegetables it may be 20-30%
