    I make a protein blend (credit to James Stice from YT Planted for Life & Fb Vegan Intermittent Fasting Community) which is made up of chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds-equal quanties of each, ground up individually then added together

    1/2C blueberries, right? Sounded like "blueberry phony." 1C soy milk? It looks like more. 1.5C?

    Soya milk is a good addition but contains very little protein or calcium.

      soya contails a very high level of both calcium and protein. You could be confusing it with a different plant based milk.
