Trump, if elected, will help driving that wedge between the US and the EU.
Despite being a China Hawk, Trump may inadvertently help China in a very unexpected way
If he's elected, then it'll be Americans who'll be driving that wedge.
Trump not new.he already in president before any better America. Not make any difference. Just easy talk.
I hope so . Hops from Germany
True, but he won’t be elected.
China has the same problems with EU as US and can’t afford either to get worse
Driving a wedge between EU and US? I thought the Americans are the master. If any, the Chinese must be learning from the Americans.
China doesn't like unipolar hegemony because it wants it, it needs it , my precious!
Seeing what the US is doing, attacking other countries, imposing unilateral sanctions, abusing the USD as the world's reserve currency, confiscating other countries' assets illegally, who would want unipolar under the US?
It wants multipolar and that is the right way
@@hans-dieterjung4026 Wasn't that Europe for centuries, before the US came in and put and end to the conflict which allowed for the formation of the EU under that security umbrella? Multipolar didn't work out too well for Europe, where at least there's a common heritage. It would be worse on a global scale, in fact is what led to WWI, WWII.
But China likes dictatorships
Yeah, like America never wanted and never had it its own way.
Short sighted comments, they see politics in everything having themselves failed in everything.
Yes the only way there will be a wedge is if Putin's "Trump card" gets in
I guess the most worrying countries about Xi’s trip abroad this time are US and UK.
UK? Its not in top 5 in any category
Depending on only one business partner is always unwise
It is in the favour of XI politically to interrupt any interaction between two of the largest trading blocks in the world because China sees an advantage in increasing trade with Europe which has so far resisted giving unfettered trade access to a country they see as breaking human rights legislation daily.
as breaking human rights legislation daily. --- yes right, in the USA
EU needs to boot the US to one side....
No, the EU needs to be closer and can’t afford to boot the US to one side. Both need to boot China to one side.
@@davidmacdonald1695… And China needs to “boot” Russia to one side..
@@davidmacdonald1695 George Friehman, 2015 Chicago, without US >>>> No Wars !!!
Agreed, then the EU can defend themselves from Russian aggression with their free college and healthcare.
EU and US need each other. I am glad that US recently overtook China as Germanys largest trading partner.
Richard who?
Given how easily pudin was able to peal UK out of EU its unsurpfising others are being encouraged to chance their hand.
Who in the first place tries to drive a wedge between friendly nations. President Xi simply tries to undo the wedge and to foster better relationships.
Um um um um um um um um um um and on and on and on
Currently China is well-advanced with its Belt, and Road initiative, there is a plan to dredge a canal to the Mediterranean by-passing Suez, they are reversing desert growth, they will have access to all the markets they require, the 'wedge' is self-propelling by the western refusal of a multipolar world.
Build a canal to bypass the Suez Canal to hurt the Egyptian economy? And some people think the CCP is smart.
That’s a picture of Rishi Sunak
FYI the UK is no longer part of the European Union
Beware of mainland chinese bearing gifts!
Well done X Jinping 😂
But Xi PING PONG BI DEN doesn't wish to anger honolable Chinese Bosses!
Dingbat's comment's hard to digest😂

Is this really how Brits say “hegemony”??
It's the correct pronunciation, Heh-Gem-Eny.
@@GnosticwareI don’t want to know how they say “gem” in that case
Chinese Soldiers spotted in Ukraine!
You are lying through your teeth
UK and US too
Lots of countries have people on both sides.
Chinese students always hard studying. Chinese workers hard work. That's why today China always forward.
What a moronic statement 😂
Chinese finance students are not doing too well, China's economy is an absolute shambles.
Back in 2010 the late Tony Judt (a British social historian) summed up China under the rule of the Communist Party very well. He said what some consider as the Chinese economic miracle was built on the foundation of a ruthless and now hereditary elite who are above all laws and even above all questions as everything about them is a state secret and who are kept in place by a fearsome secret police who make anyone who asks questions disappear and then a large workforce who are poorly paid and who have little or no rights and can be fired at will and who cannot even easily move from one part of China to another let alone leave China. This is what Chinese State Capitalism is.
At US universities Chinese students are caught cheating more than any other demographic of students.
China is not as sneaky as UK and the US. Their divide and rule policy is well known throughout the world. Is this commentary a classroom lesson for us? The UK and US are experts in such plot. Would you like to use their examples in history to illustrate this.
Wow history is just that. What exactly does the UK rule over anymore ?

@@markfoth1226 uk and western countries in general talks about freedom but when they come across a country that chooses to run their government differently then they are met with sanctions and is deemed an enemy. Western countries accuse China as being aggressive while we sail our navy and do military excises off of their coastline and surround their country with our military bases. We talk about free trade when we export to them cars and planes but the second they are able to produce something that can compete with us then we accuse them of overcapacity and want to impose tariffs and bans. Should I continue? I can write a book.
@@markfoth1226 we have MI6, C1A, NSA that does all sorts of spying around the world but then are horrified and find it unbelievable that another country would dare spy on us.
America pays most of the money spent in the Ukraine. I don't like Donald Trump, but I would prefer seeing more American taxpayer dollars directed toward domestic needs. Europe should pay most of the money for Ukraine. BTW, when have European dollars been directed towards helping the U.S. ? I recently saw an article where a Chinese diplomat charged China with interfering England's economic situation. The Chinese diplomat reply was that in a global economy sense, England's participation was miniscule. Times Radio seems to express wishful thinking instead of accurately describing situations.
WE pay lot more than us in money for Ukraine dude. But not in weapons, and It costs nothing for americans taxpayers.
