While I dont ever need to charge 3 laptops at once, I do love my pine power, which will do my laptop, and qi charging and keeps most of my accessories charged just fine. There is also a qc port to go with the usb pd 65 W port

For everybody considering the rode podmic….. you need to invest in a Good strong mic arm. The podmic is extremely heavy and a lot of the cheaper arms won’t be able to hold it for long . If at all

8:34 What is the name of the mount and lamp in the upper corner of the room? Does it function well as a room light or is it too bright to have it on all the time?
That’s more of a studio light for filming than anything! It does dim to a fine level for just casual lighting, but most of the time I have it cranked up for better lighting. It’s an Amaran 150c with a light dome mini SE. The mount is the Impact 4' Heavy-Duty Wall-Mounted Boom Arm. Hope this helps 🫡

Love the look of them - just wish they didn’t irritate my wrist when using tbh. That and they’re a bit worse for gaming I’ve found. Otherwise I’m a fan of them!

Please do not recommend high ground keyboards again. They’re truly garbage and they are overpriced cheap crap
As someone who’s met with their product team I disagree that they’re cheap crap. I definitely don’t think they’re the best value on the market by any stretch, but I think a lot of people form your same opinion off Higround’s very early on keyboards and assume they haven’t made any changes since which is far from the truth.
In this case I recommended them because of the design aspect more than anything. They’re doing some of the most unique collabs on the market right now. For everyday users who just want a solid keyboard however, usually I just point them to keychron 👌
@@rillotv ok fair. I do also point people to keychron for their very basic but good boards. I’ve seen a bunch of reviews on high ground while not recently but within the past year. They did do better from when they first started out but from what it seemed they had really cheap abs keycaps, (they look ok) and rattle stabilisers and half assed foam for better sound dampening. And they’re switches were insanely expensive for what they were
@@iDeker Yeah they for sure had, and still have issues, but I guess I just have a unique perspective since I’ve met some people trying to solve those issues and I know that they DO care about community feedback and have been working hard to fix things haha.
That’s the main reason I always kinda jump to defend. Either way, fun time to be a keyboard enthusiast in general. Need to get my preorder for the wooting 80HE in so I can review that speaking of 🫡
In 2024 when custom keyboards have become affordable and with tons of options... recommending Higround keyboards is just wrong. They are overpriced and low quality garbage
I think the keycaps are the only reason to get a higround keyboard over anything else in the price range.
Please do not recommend Logitech G Pro (Superlight or not) again. There are soooo much better mice around the market for a cheaper price or even the same price.
((If you have one, good for you it’s still a good mouse to play/work with but if you consider buying a new one don’t fell for Logitech marketing))

To say the rodecaster is plug and play is extremelty incorrect LOL. You better have at least a decent knowledge of audio interfaces and mix minus' and what not
Higround, gpx, meh. Though id found a cool channel with at least some knowledge of peripherals but all I think I'm seeing is someone just buying the latest trending stuff that CZcamsrs/tiktokers are shilling. Doesnt really matter whether you've met the people at higround, their keyboards are still shit and basically everyone knows this + their mousepads are just oem garbage. Gpx also isnt worth buying for anything other than the shape, stock feet are dogpoo side buttons are mushy and clicks are just omron 20ms which are prone to double clicking + ghub. Bad mouse? No just mediocre asf and not worth buying anymore
Embr mugs are infuriating. Just a massively wasteful product. We’ve figured out how to keep drinks warm without shoving a non-replaceable batter into a mug. Those things also don’t last and the finish deteriorates quickly.
