    3 things keep getting me back to Bullyjuice:
    1. There's a COMPLETE timer for the entire workout, so I can see myself getting closer to the end and that keeps me moving.
    2. There are rest breaks
    3. His abs keep reminding me of the body I want to build so I keep pushing XD

    I can really see a difference! I’ve been doing these workouts for about 3-4 weeks. As a former athlete who now has a job that doesn’t allow me to spend hours in the gym, these workouts have been so helpful. They’re rigorous enough to let me know I’m not underestimating myself, yet beginner-friendly and time-efficient enough to be doable! I have been looking for something I can continue when work starts back up, and I think I found it on this channel.     Finally completed the whole workout after 3 days
    Day 1 : 9 min 40 sec
    Day 2 : 12 min 20 sec
    Day 3 : 15 min 50 dec
    Day 4 : 20 minutes
    Killer routine, those burpees and negative push-ups are still a bit of problem.
    Horribly amazing workout 🙏❤️

    Exactly what I've been looking for to get me back into a consistent routine. Love the intensity even though my legs feel like jello after as well they should considering I haven't been working out regularly all quarantine.     This has to be my go-to workout, something about the combinations and sequencing - it's always challenging...in a good way. And I don't get bored of it. There's no way you can do this 1-3 times a week without improving your health and fitness. Way to go Bullyjuice!

    I hated working out at home. I loved going to the gym. Now that the gyms are closed I pretty much stopped working out for about a week. I looked online for a workout without weights that I could do and one of your videos popped up. I actually watched the whole thing and it looked like something I could do so I did it. I love the format and how easy it was to follow. It was a real workout that made me sweat but it also wasn't so hard that I couldn't do it. I saved that video so I could do it everyday until yesterday when other videos of yours popped up. To my surprise you have a bunch of videos!!! Now I can do them without getting bored of doing the same thing. I also watched your videos on what you should and shouldn't eat. I am glad to say I am on track and avoid all the foods you said to stay away from. The only food on the list to eat that I don't like are avocados. I can change my mind. Years ago I hated cottage cheese but found out it was a complete protein and it was best for building muscle so I forced myself to like it. Thanks for the videos and the info. Your'e helping so many people. I will definitely be sharing with friends and family.

    Bro I'm 47 and in good shape and now that I cant go to my gym, for the last week I been doing this with my 19 year old son....MY GAAAAWD...I can't walk the next day but we love it...I lost 6 lbs in 1 week so keep doing ya thing and we'll keep watching..Thanks.

    This was awesome! I weight train 5-6x a week and this left me with out air.. LOL My burpees are not so graceful as yours or my negative pushups (if we want to call mine that..lol) but I did the entire thing. Yes! Please make a resistance band workout so we can all learn a little something more.. Thx!

    Been doing it for 6.months now. Longest I've stuck yo a workout. Losing a kg a month with just 20 min of these. Getting stronger . It's tough but somehow I'm consistent. Discipline more than motivation. Also I'm still not perfect in it. I think 3.more.months I'll be able to do as beautifully he does in video. Definitely a workout for life. Even if it stagnates it hell of a maintainance thing I think. I might add to this in future but this one ia for life. No excuses. Just phone with this video and.place and 20 min a day. Toughest thing in the day and insurance of the health. Thank you Bullyjuice

      Do yoga and flexibility training on your rests days. It will loosen your bones and joints and add lots of flexibility and agility to your body. It'll help you as you get stronger and your calisthenic workouts become more advanced.
      Ofcourse the stretching will help recovery too.

    Execellent workout videos. Did nautilus machines until my gym had to close. Your workout has the added benefit of “getting those lungs working” which I needed! I think your workout videos plus my power walks will certainly help keep me in shape.
    Some other things I liked:
    No mindless chatter
    On screen timekeeping and vocal countdown
    Exercises that most anyone can do “or” can be easily modified if needed

    Im currently using your "10 minute bodyweight exercise" as my daily workout routine, but i want to ask you some questions: is it effective in gaining muscles or is it just a beginner exercise?

      Jehan Jehan if ur doing it till failure then u will gain muscle. Ur muscles need to be stressed and u shouldn’t enjoy the workout as ur going along. I hope this made sense.

      I agree with @Josue Herrera, the best way to build muscle is to perform each movement until failure. Which takes practice. You should feel a slight burn in thighs, chest, glutes, arms. All appropriate areas but not the joints. Which might indicate improper form. I'm a trainer and I LOVE bullyjuice workouts. They make great warm-ups, finishers, and add-ons to my routines and I've also referenced Bullyjuice in some of my workouts. I'm not a youtube trainer though. I'll leave it to guys like him.

    This was a fantastic workout! My wife and I have already done this one and two more since being on lockdown here in Ohio! My gym has been closed for 8 days now and I was going stir crazy. Thanks for kicking my ass today. We're going to keep doing your workouts even after the gyms reopen.

      @@joeblazey048 yeah I have bad wrists and right shoulder so sometimes I skip burpees and replace it with half pushups and half squats. Kinda cheating but it's better than nothing lol
