You know how we get down! Much love fam!💯🙌
THATS WHY I LOVE HIS WORKOUT VIDEOS. NO BULLSHIT, GETS STRAIGHT TO THE WORKOUT
The workout is actually pretty trash. There's no coherence between the exercices, too many breaks, his form is mediocre on some exercices (squats, jumping jacks, jumping rope (wtf where are his wrists), arm circles not straight, leg kicks not straight, etc.) and eventually some exercices are straight useless like touch the sky.
The absence of promotion is a positive aspect, agreed.
I will also mention he has a good looking body, but it stops there for the good points of this workout.
@Lit Videos i dont deny any of what you said man.

Workout to gain bigger muscles.. In two weeks🖤
To all my brothers out there trying to get in shape, lemme just say how the first day was extremely hard for me, I had to pause the video 3 times and took 4 minute breaks to finish the whole thing. Don’t be discouraged if you have to do this because you gotta remember that you’re a beginner and my manz hulk demonstrating does this everyday so there’s no shame in going at your own pace. Today was day 2 for me and I woke up SORE AF, deadass I was sore on my arms, chest, abs, and legs and I almost didn’t do the work out but I pushed myself and I was able to finish the whole 20 minutes without pausing at all! If I can do it than you can too. Take your time, and it’s gonna be hard but trust me, once you get past the first day, it will only get easier 👌Rooting for all y’all homies out there

Bully Juice is the best!
10 Minute Full Body when i get exhausted in home office this fires me up for the rest of the day!
20 minute routine every second day for staying in shape
30 minute routine for powering myself out every now and then.
This is perfect. Moves aren't too complicated for a beginner. Gonna try this tomorrow.
Been doing this workout every day for 30 days now. Wanted to check in and share my progress (and say thanks for the content because it's thanks to Bully that this workout keeps me engaged and motivated day in, day out).
Some exercises felt impossible on day 1, things like side planks, flutter kicks, push ups even - I could barely do 7 or 8. I struggled big time to keep up and had to back off or stop altogether during the last couple of sets of jumping jacks and jump ropes for most of my first week. By the end of the 20 mins I was totally wiped out.
After 30 days I'm able to keep the intensity way up through the entire 20 mins, I do 16-17 push ups in the 30 seconds, and I'm finally able to hold side planks on both sides. I feel like I'm ready to move on to the 30 minute workout as this is beginning to feel more like a warmup than the 20 mins of hell it felt like a month ago.
I'm definitely stronger, I have much more stamina, and I'm gaining some muscle tone and definition in my upper body. I still have a little paunch around my lower belly that I'm trying to shift, I know this isn't going to happen overnight or even in 6-8 weeks but I'm happy that if I keep going it'll be gone soon. I wouldn't say I'm overweight I'm just a little 'dad-bod' like around my middle so my goal is really to re-shape that area. I think I'll be supplementing my workouts going forward with some ab-focused stuff.
My mindset is totally changed and the thing I'm most proud of is committing to showing up every single day no matter how much I don't feel like it. After 30 days this is now a habit I will find super easy to keep and I think this is the beginning of a beautiful new journey and relationship with exercise. I took stock yesterday of what 30 days of this workout adds up to, based on roughly what I put in to each 20 minutes and being able to see what I've done in a month is awesome.
Over 30 days, I've done a total of:
JUMPING JACKS - 1 hour 45 mins
STEAM ENGINES - 30 mins
SQUATS - 1,350
BURPEES - 360
SUPERMANS - 15 mins
PLANK - 30 mins
JUMP ROPES - 1 hour 15 mins
CALF RAISES - 15 mins
ARM CIRCLES - 30 mins
ANKLE TAPS - 30 mins
GLUTE BRIDGES - 30 mins
PUSH UPS - 450
TOE TOUCHES - 30 mins
MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS - 15 mins
SIDE PLANKS - 30 mins
RAISE THE ROOF - 15 mins
FLUTTER KICKS - 15 mins
All you have to do each day is show up! Don't forget to stretch thoroughly before and after (especially those calves, sheesh this workout makes your calves ache) and eat well to fuel your workout. In a couple of days I'll be switching to the 30 minute version so see you in the comments over there. Any questions just hit me up here I'll see the notifications!
Can you give us some advice on what stretches we should do before and after the workout?
@@mohammadzafar7891 I spend a good 5 mins at least stretching out my calves, then my quads, hamstrings and groin muscles. Pro tip - stretch while letting the ads roll, that way BullyJuice gets some nice ad revenue. Hard to describe stretches here but I think they're pretty standard stretches, they're the same ones I used to do when I played tennis a lot when I was a kid. Definitely helps so much with aches and pains the following day, worst thing you can do is just go and sit down straight after!
@@ajthisway The last tip is what my teacher always told us! You have to walk it off to slow down your heartrate and you can't just abruptly start to lay down or rest!

I could agree more. with consistency this workout will work you out
@@linusdonnell808 I'm doing this everyday, do you think it's a good idea? it's a full body workout, but I'm afraid it won't be enough to do this one time everyday
@@moolakami7666 it will be enough for you to see differences after at least 2 weeks. If you think you can hack doing more consistently then why not but don't commit to something you can't go through with everyday!

Thank you so much for your videos. I've been doing the 20 minutes workouts for me for months now. Today, I advanced to the 30 minute workout That was a workout for sure!! Your awesome and I love my new body.
Doing sport is what helps me to stay confident to work on my music, and also allows me to procrastinate as I'm taking care of my health and gaining "lifetime". BullyJuice thanks for this easy to follow video 💪🏽
I hope this will help me a bit to get rid of that stubborn belly fat. And before you guys start judging if I'm eating clean. I started with Nextlevel Diet two months ago and it's working great but I just need to boost it up a little more with something, prefferably this.
I suffered and continue to suffer from from a spinal chord tumor leaving me with significant neurological damage. For most of you this is a workout, I genuinely hope you are enjoying and are seeing the results you wished for. To me this 20 - 30 minute workout journey has been life changing, life altering, improving me on every step I take! Prior my journey I was able to balance 5 seconds on a single before desperately searching for support. Today I am able to balance well in excess of 45 second on a single leg!!!! It may sound nothing to you, but to me it is pure joy having gained this ability. Thank you BullyJuice, thank you!

Workout to gain bigger muscles.. In two weeks🔥🔥
Just don't force your self out
damn bro well done
That's really sad hope you get better 🙏
Awesome keep making improvements no matter how small
Thank you for this video. Been eating right and doing push ups during the week for a little over 2 months now. Been wanting to start on cardio and did this workout this morning. Don't plan on stopping
Yo guys this workout works, day on day it wont feel like it, sometimes you'll even feel like your going backwards, but compare yourself to your starting point and you'll be so surprised how far you've come. Plus gains don't always mean weight change or body shape change, sometimes you'll just be amazed that you went from being able to do 5 push ups to being able to do 10. I put together some thoughts having done this 5-6 times a week for 5 weeks below:
I've been going for a month so far and I'm 6' 3" for reference, started at 86kg with very low strength. New weight is still 86kgs however gains within the exercises have been huge, started by being able to do 8 burpees in the 60seconds and currently up to thirteen, also after 2 weeks i bumped up from one rep of the video to two reps of the whole videos consecutively using his intro as the rest time in-between. Feel much fitter and my body is def starting to change shape. Not changing drastically enough for others to notice yet (after all its only 4-5weeks) but I can definitely see more definition of my pecs and triceps and there's a slight line starting to appear down my abs with the beginnings of that V shape starting above my hip bones, tops of my quads looking a lot better too.
Starting to see more importance in my diet so going to start eating reduced fat and increased protein to see if that makes a differences this next 4 weeks. Also going to invest in pull up bar because no equipment home workouts tend to be a bit push heavy and I don't want to be super unbalanced. Will report back next month and say what's happening.
i feel you because if you get cocky and over confident your screwed but keep it up and you'll be ready for ay workout!!>.
how many reps you do per day dude? I mean repeat this video. Because with me I am almost break in 1 rep on the first week.
@@kimtrong5322 Started on 1rep of the video per day but after 2 weeks started doing it twice with no rest in between
@@sambarber6471 it is sound good. But your body need to rest to recover and grow. I think 4 5 days per week is ok.
dude im not bullyjuice reading this but holy fuck you got my respect sam

Just getting back to working out. This was a perfect, "just right" routine. Thank you!
Tysm for the workout. I used to be able to do this fully, no problem, but I suffered an incident that resulted in a lot of strength deteriorating. Stress has ruined my life for months, and my body can no longer keep up like it used to despite being young. I barely even made it halfway this time.
Please, for the love of God, balance your work/life situation and take care of yourself. Eat right and love yourself. One day, you may never realize when you're gone and don't have that opportunity tomorrow.
No matter what it takes, find some time in your day to exercise. Even if all you can do is try and walk or stretch. If neither of those are options, save up that energy. Get ready to walk, get ready to exercise again. Even if you're depressed, just a short exercise to a hype song will do. That's a good way to keep yourself going and active.
Because you may never know the last day you'll be able to workout. Your body and life can change in an instant. Cherish that.
After finishing this awesome routine I knew something new: I hate jumping jacks :)
I hate the 1min Burpees man

Lol, not a chance. This guy only does this much cardio once a week to maintain that muscle. Or he really is juicing

It gets easier everyday
Would like to note, If you’re a beginner you don’t have to do all 20 minutes. Start off doing 5 or 10 then work your way up when it gets too easy. The whole “no pain no gain” thing doesn’t help out in the long run. Also don't forget to stretch afterwards! Hope this helps!
Hey are you that Stormie Christian exercise lady? Love your videos!
Well this is a beginner workout so...
Right! I keep forgetting to stretch, thanks!
I’m able to go on a little longer each time I do this ( that’s progress right? idk ). first time i did this, i got through like 8 minutes with extended breaks, then each time i’d do this again, i’d last two minutes longer. I just did this yesterday actually and surprisingly breezed through the burpees which is something I always struggle on
Yeah I just started working out and I got down to the last 4 mins and just couldn’t but I’m progressing
