I lived in Portishead fifty years ago. It was an attractive large village then witha lot of Bath stone old houses. We lived up the hill between the main street and the sea. Thank you for the update.

I live here at the moment, the town has changed and feels less remote than it used to, but it’s also vibrant and a great place now as well.
I agree about the houses, we live in a Victorian property with heaps of lovely features. Couldn’t afford that in Bristol, or here now for that matter. Prices have gone mad!
