Using Moby - "Bring Sally Up" (Flower) as the backdrop, a lot of people have found great creative ways to add this classic tune to their fitness program as a challenge.
You don't need any equipment for this, but a set of dumbbells will work into the routine really well to add some resistance.
This is a perfect way to start or finish a day.
Incredibly effective workouts are easy to do with nothing more than you and a desire to get healthy.

Oh man I haven't commented for 5 months. Because ive wnment cold turkey off ritalin and went in prescription withdrawal. So fatigue, endocrine system disrupted...so many symptoms. But im fueled by this. 6 months off stimulant drugs on 9th. I have some energy to try this video. ❤
Tried this again after leg day, with a 30 pound dumbbell. This time, I challenged myself to keep my glutes hovering just off the ground, rather than on the ground, every time I lowered them.
It was SUPER challenging, but I managed to do it the whole way through! 🔥 💪🏾

Glutes and hamstrings
Done it the gym in school its so painful doing it as squats
