Thanks for this, it has helped me have an idea what to do. I would have preferred that you said the place names in Portuguese too, my friends there didn't recognise the translated names, so I guess neither would people on the street.
🎉 São Paulo maior centro comerciais
Nota 10

Great tips but please show the Brazilian names of the places for some more seconds!
seems lame
Narrator is pronouncing "Liberdade" wrong. There's no "j" in it. Annoying.
That is how it's pronounced. Many Ds in Portugese is pronounced with a J.
@@beforeyougotravel Yes, I know. Just like r's are pronounced like h's. I'm from Brazil, and am still pretty fluent. Just never got into the pronunciations of r's and d's like they do. Maybe it's a regional thing? Or maybe it's because I left Brazil very young.
@@sassykitty292did you live in the Northeast? I think they don't do the "jee" sound there, it's more of a "de".
@@giusepped3678 I'm from the city of Santo Andre in Sao Paulo. Like I said, my Mom and I left Brazil when I was very young so I grew up pronouncing words like I heard my mother and my aunts and uncles pronounce them. I never picked up the "d" as a "j" or the "r" as an "h".
@@sassykitty292 most of the states in the south, southeast and center-west of brazil tend to pronounce the "d" before the letter "i" as a "j". Only before the letter "i", or "e" if it sounds like an "i". The "r" being pronounced as an "h" thl is pretty universal, as long as it's in the beginning ou the very end of the word.
too dangerous...
stay at home then
@@beforeyougotravelkkkkkkkkkkkkkk kkkkkkkkkkkkkk kkkkkkkkkkkkkk 😂😀😂🤣😂😅
This is not true! São Paulo is the capital city of Brazil with the smaller number of violent crimes! Smaller than most big cities in the US!
Differently from developed countries Brazil does not care if it is safe or not, otherwise, every year, over 60000 Brazilians would not be killed by gun shots in the street@@joseluciocorrea1866
too dangerous ?? in what sense ???
