lol - *the background conversation and the accent, makes me feel like I'm setting in the Kitchen in times gone by.*
I love it, feels like I'm in Connecticut with my X's Italian family and friends.
    I miss them. ❤
There is a part of life we have to endure when good friends and family members go on to the next level.
It is both a treasured and emotional memory.
    Oh, to Time Travel!
Appreciating that we are eternal energies having a Journey in a human vessel. We will again, embrace those we so love and likely return for another go at it. (If I could leave a copy of my memory on cloud! lol. But wouldn't know to look for it.)
God bless good Italian Yankees ❤
...and the Irish of course! 🍀

thanks for the effort. I'm going to season my chicken first though and maybe use seasoned breadcrumbs on top and maybe cream of chicken soup instead of cream of mushroom. Love the chicken and rice all in one though. I think it's going to be a hit in my house. Would love to see the finished product next time and hope you do another one.

    A couple pf suggestions.
Measure the rice. 1 cup dry, 1 regular can of soup with 1 can of water works very well.
Rice first, then onion soup mix distribute evenly. Next distribute the chicken. In a bowl dump in the soup and mix with the water a little at a time.
Cream of chicken soup I like better than mushroom.
Alternatively, you can cook the chicken and cook the rice in a pot on the stove or rice cooker. The chicken with skin will crisp a bit, and you might need to adjust the rice to liquid a bit.

This is a bad video, with all the background noise and not showing the final result..... what a waste of time.

Had I known at the beginning there would be no finished and plated dish I wouldn't have watched at all. This video was very disappointing. 😢🍴

To many people in the background noisey. It is a good recipe and it taste very good. Just before the chicken is completely done I take foil off and increase oven temp go 400 and Brown the chicken a little. I serve my with a side dish of green beans, green peas, steam Broccoli or roasted Brussel Sprouts.

Too much background noise going on, water running, bad video of floor, etc. Can’t recommend watching.

I do this dish in the crock pot with thin pork chops. A similar dish is cubed chicken with cream of mushroom

A big tip , always wash your cans before opening , This is a good quick meal, my kids granny use to make this for my kids when they were kids.

The "yacker" in the background should have been sent out to the back yard...how inconsiderate of the cook AND ME!

I disagree. I found the informality quite charming. Instead of a staged Good Morning America presentation it felt like she was inviting us into her home.

I liked your video and I have been using cream of mushroom for baked chicken for several years. I've always boiled my rice separately on the stovetop but this seems to be a set it & forget it one step method so I'm trying it tonight. I know you did the onion soup for flavoring but for mine I had to add pinches of seasoned salt & sprinkles of black pepper on that beautiful boneless breast before I smothered it with the mushroom soup. Missed seeing your finished product but thumbs up to you!
