- 5 chicken thighs
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp complete seasoning
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/3 cup oil or your choice
puree
about 1/4 of an onion
3 cloves garlic
1 stalk scallion
2 stalks thyme
small piece of red and green bell peppers
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 tbsp chili paste
1/2 cup water
blend into a puree
1 stick melted butter/ 1/2 cup
2 cups long grain basmati rice
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 tsp mushroom seasoning
1 tsp complete seasoning
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

I like that you use your hands on the chicken. Many people don’t want to handle bc afraid of germs.
Well I'm constantly washing my hands when I'm in the kitchen also cleaning all surfaces. We don't know what germs we be digesting when we visit our favorite restaurants we don't know how things are being prepared. I'd say we really can't escape germs unless we are never eating out and we are preparing the food ourselves at all times.

You can dump everything in the dish with no prepping and place into the oven. To add real meaning to the name. Thank God I won't be eating that. 😀😀
