I had PCOS/PCOD when I was in college. Doctor advised me to do lifestyle change and put me on some medication for 6 months. Now it's been years I don't have the problem any more and now I am a mother of 3 kids.

I had pcod. But now it is reverse. Weight is also under control.
But now how can i manage my weight consistently?

My periods were irregular since the starting...I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2017 and it was very severe...I had a lot of acne, weight gain, hair fall issues, mood swings etc...I had taken both ayurvedic and homeopathy treatment... Homeopathy helped me upto some extent...but what i realised is no one can help you with this unless you change your lifestyle...I changed my lifestyle..Yoga, water intake, avoiding processed food and juices, walking, home cooked food-these will help us to Balance hormones and this controls PCOS
Now, I'm a mother of 5 month old baby...I conceived naturally without any fertility treatment

Have complex carbs with higher fats n protein. Keto is not at all sustainable with indian diets for long term

@@alveerasmystery357 I had irregular periods so I did take help of a fertility specialist who helped me to track my cycles. After 2 months I conceived naturally. I also avoided dairy, soya, broiler chicken, junk food etc.

If u feel heavy after ur meals, then u r eating more. If u feel energetic n satiated after meals, u r eating right. It’s all about individual gut n metabolic capacity
