    Hi Anwesha , need your genuine opinion in one of my doubts. Not able to find any suitable help for this.
    Please if you could spare some seconds to respond as I trust you a lot.
    So I want to have my morning breakfast, fruits and a cup of Milk sugar tea, all during the day time ( say 8:30am - 12pm).
    So how do I adjust the timings making sure I don't eat them the wrong way?
    If I have my bf in morning then around 11ish I can either have tea or fruits.
    But I don't want to miss out on any of them.
    I am okay to have only fruits for bf, if that's okay. Is it safe to have fruits on empty stomach( banana, papaya, apple, pomegranate mainly)

      bf - 8 am, milk tea - 8:30 am, fruit - 11 - 11:30 am. done
      yes u can have a fruit on empty stomach. Just that for some people citric fruits dont suit early morning n better to avoid it

      protein keno miss hobe? just have paneer or soyabean or tofu or rajma/chole... plenty of protein options

    Hi dear... I m also using appe maker... But don't know y but appe of the middle and around cavity cook good but if side ones don't cook properly... Please suggest if have any solution.... ❤❤

      If u have a square iron appe, or bigger one than this my size, then it won’t work as iron is a poor conductor of heat.
      If u have same size like mine, it will work. First give batter on sides and let it cook for some time. Last mein beech mein dalna hai
