I have pcos but was having normal weight.56kg. but doctor told me to exercise and I did skipping and within 7 month I lost 7 kag and now I am only 49 kg. A basic healthy requirement, as per RDA and what I have studied in nutrition education, is a humble 0.8 g / kg body weight. But any physically active, person performing moderate to intense exercise daily can have 1 - 1.6 g/kg bodyweight protein intake.
However, a person's protein requirement also varies from his/her fitness goals, OBESITY level, training n workout style, age, medical history, metabolism, that particular day's routine, mood, health, etc. People don't discuss that :/
Athletes, powerlifters, heavy lifters will require way more. Jaise in today's video, I am not at all hungry and not even active except for some yoga. So pretty important for me to listen to my body on that particular day n eat accordingly.
