    When did u sleep after doing you dinner .
    Bcz if we do early dinner , cravings occur and feeling of eating more arrives 😢. I always end up bingeing even if I eat balanced meal. And drink lots of water

      It depends on ur time of exercise. It is not necessary at all. But if u do high intensity workout. U can have a small fruit as pre workout and post workout, can be ur bf (morning) or dinner (if evening).
      Sattu is also great pre or post workout

    Everything is fine from your side. But please stop eating non veg as khudko strong banane ke liye kisi aur jeev ko nhi khaye! Think the reverse thing. Koi aur jeev apne ko khaye to! Karma really works.

      So acc to you, the natural system of food chain doesn’t work ? Human are omnivores by nature and biologically can digest many plants (not all) and some meat as well. Anyway, for most non veg (75% Indians are non veg acc to a recent study) like me, most of us have grown up, historically and culturally, eating this kind of dietary lifestyle based on our regional cultural upbringing for years. Ye khudko strong banane ke liye nahi hai ye generations se hai. A person’s dietary habits is based on his/her culture, region, genetics and not karma. Preaching and forcing your dietary choice on someone else is not good.
      Things like marriage, having children or not, dietary choices & some things are personal and best left for any adult to decide for himself/herself. Like u don’t eat non veg, I respect that but I won’t sit down to moral police you as to why you should start, hai na ? It works both ways :)
      Eating non veg is LEGAL right in our country and eating acc to our choice, culture & preference is a constitutional right written in the Indian constitution & the law of our great country gives us that freedom 🙏🏼 So this kind of moral policing needs to stop.
