everytime i cool pulao in pressure cooker, it takes me 8-10 whistles for the rice to cook. how come it took you 1 whistle? are you using rice like gobindobhog or it is because you soak the rice priorly? Asking because less cooking time makes it so much more easier compared to my 8-10 whistles.
