This video brought tears to my eyes. Rich is my brother and when he moved to Thailand to follow his dream he left a hole in us all. It was really lovely to see him and his wife enjoying life. All the beef he sources locally from a humane rancher who raises grass-fed cattle. He makes all his secret sauces and was a baker for many years here in the US. I can't believe you got him on camera as he has always been camera-shy! Growing up we all called him Dickie, and when he hit his teen years we started calling him by his legal name Richard, so it tickles me that he embraced his old nickname and I am sure momma and oma are proudly watching him now from the other side. He is a great example of following your passion and don't let others dictate to you what makes you happy. That Texas sauce is the bomb, as a Texan, I can give it two thumbs up.

Hi, Chuck & Paige, I enjoyed your video, Some of the best food comes out of places like the food stand, I once took a tv celebrity out to dinner in Bangkok all great they said the next evening they would take me out for noodles, So I put on all my best designer ware and he picked me up and took me to a truck stop, sitting on benches and plastic table clothes, the traffic fumes and the heat I found the whole experience awful. But great noodles lol, only in Thailand. I was expecting a night in the town. After we parted company I never bothered, too local for me.
