You can save yourself a ton of time editing by using HiLight tags with the GoPro just push the tag button when you find something you want to show later and those tags will show up on your timeline in editing.

Really enjoy your channel immensely, the new camera is a great addition, if anyone comments negatively cause you are not centered in the frame, they are a knob and hater! There is always a learning curve and you did very well with it. I especially liked the addition of speeding up the frames during the dig process, these small adjustments put you miles ahead of any other competitive channel out there. Keep up the good work boys!

Great finds, especially that artillery button and 18K ring! Learned something new as well. Found quite a few of those collar studs over the years but nobody knew what they were.
Wish I had hunting grounds like you guys. I use my Minelab GPX 4800 sometimes, but most places are so trashy a guy could dig all day and never take 2 steps.

Went on my first hunt in about 4 years yesterday. A spot I go to without a detector on the river bank and hunt by sight. One merc, 6 or 7 bullets. Not a bad way to get back into it. Same place I’ve eyeballed large cents off the ground. I’m gonna go sift it this weekend.

You can save yourself a ton of time editing out those iron nails with the GoPro by using a Highlight tag. Just hit the tag when you find something you may want to show later and then when you go in to edit you’ll see the markers on your timeline. If you google GoPro hilight tag a tutorial will pop up. Super easy. Save you time.

Nice finds! That machine pinpoints like a dream, and finds the DEEP targets! I would look into getting one, but the olive-drab green gives me flashbacks from my Army days.

I got out the other day checking a local school and got thrown out by school security. In 40 years of hunting, I've never been asked to leave a public school. I contacted the superintendent to seek permission and they gave me the district policy on damage to property. I had left no damage and they wont give me permission. Bummer.

I’ve often wondered if I was the only one to ever do something like that. I had found a cherry 1907 Barber half dollar at my honey hole I named the Barber Shop for all the Barber coins I found there.....as well as a few other cool relics like bank bag seals from an old now defunct bank. I left my funds box on the truck toolbox and it slid off into the road unknown to me. An hour later at home I realized it was missing. Phone a friend and he finds the pieces on the road and the coin laying on the centerline with rock chip dings in it. It really sucked but at least I got the coin back. Great hunt! Happy hunting.

Entertaining and informative as always, Kurt. I like the new camera setup making live digs more fluid. My only request, since your first ATX video, is to do live digs and compare the signals between the ATX and AT Max. This way, those of us who have not swung a pulse induction machine can better learn its capabilities. It may also speak to my lingering question of if/how the PI machine is allowing these select good finds, especially the nickel coins. I can imagine that the less refined discrimination ability is prompting you to dig everything, as you suggested, leading to some previously overlooked targets, often in sites that have already been hunted extensively. Or perhaps there is something about the PI technology that is better able to see these particular targets. Without a comparison of signals from both the PI and VLF machines prior to digging, it's anyone's guess. Is this something you would be willing to try and document and share with us? Lead with the ATX and check the signals with the AT Max?
I would love to be able to do that. Hard to carry multiple machines around though
Love the content. Binge watched most of your vids. The concept on this video is good. Maybe next time you could try doing a straight live video and show everybody what you go through in a single 45 minute dig. No cuts, trash and all. It would give everyone a better idea of what it takes to dig artifacts. Keep up the good work!
