- This Permission is OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING! This is the farm where we found a Hammered Silver Coin from 1569 and a George Washington Inauguration Button in the same day. The farm changed hands after that day. Mark finally tracked down the new owners! We obtained the permission again and we couldn't be more thrilled to hunt this place again. It's arguably the oldest and best site we've ever had the honor to Treasure Hunt in the United States. It's and early landing site and port on the river. It has been in operation for over 400 years. What else is there to say? It didn't disappoint! We now call this site "The Hammered Silver Farm."

Out in Virginia right now hitting a few sights I've wanted to go to for a while, all I've gotten so far is a tombac, a mini ball, and a musket cap. Today was tough with the rain but God I wish I could get on one of those permissions you guys are on, I've still never found a coin older than 1964!
