[Edited in for clarity] Poor attempt at humor aside, there might be some actual technical fixing that could be done regarding their setup that could be at least partially responsible for this struggle - in multiple videos now across a few series they have to turn the volume up partway through. Not that it's something that can be fixed in the now I expect considering at least one of those was MHA which is much further ahead with Patreon, but by the same token there's the chance that it's already been mentioned and fixed; only time will tell. At least regarding DBZA, being able to hear when they're actually talking over jokes vs not being able to hear them could be half the problem in of itself.

Commercials showed 19 and Gero as the Androids then scenes of 18 beating up Vegeta. People thought 18 was another Saiyan from the future.

I mean the commercials were a blond girl kicking Vegeta's ass, can't blame some kids when we didn't know who the Androids were yet.
Well 18 being a "Super Sayian" was just a quick theory born from quick preview of her character design because she's blonde, it wouldn't have held any ground after she got introduced properly in the show as an android who's hair doesn't change.
With Launch it's a bit more complicated because... well, how many "character transformation causing a character's hair to turn blonde" do you know and can name? It would seems highly doubtful and convenient that both type of those transformations (with both Launch AND the Sayians) can be found in Dragon Ball without having no connection between them at all, so of course it would cause many speculation and fan theories.
I wouldn't blame people for at least thinking that there must be some sort of connection.

One thing I just notice: how is Android 17 and 18 as strong as a Super Saiyan? Didn't Dr Hero didn't know about namek and the transformation? So how could the calibrate the androids to be as strong as them? Cell I can buy it; he gets stronger as he absorve people and the Androids, but them? It doesn't make any sense
How were any of the androids even as strong as Piccolo after he fused with Nail? All Dr. Gero had to go off of was Kaiokenx4 Goku and four or so years.
To put into perspective the power jump between the end of the Saiyan Saga and the end of the Namek Saga, SSJ Goku became stronger than his base form was against Vegeta *squared.* 8,000 x 8,000 = 64,000,000 vs 150,000,000.
Well that's the probably why things happened as they did:
- He creates super-powerful androids, but they are impossible to control, he puts them back on their shelves because, well, he doesn't need them since for all the information he has, he and 19 are strong enough.

Vegeta became a super sayon became at that moment he decided that he didn’t care that Goku was a super Saipan he wasn’t he just wanted to survive and die by the big astroid coming is way and he was exhausted by training like Goku was when he first became a super Saiyan in front of freezer and needed more so they tap into a greater anger which triggered a transformation. If you watch the movie Brylee Vegeta is literally designed to become the strongest Saiyan

Sounds to me like you're overreacting. It's really not a big deal if he wants this Vegeta, whose dialogue is intentionally made to amp his asshole demeanor to 100, to lose. Specially since this is a parody of a show they've watched and there's no real tension as to who wins and who dies, so Vegeta's excuse of being one of the strongest "defenders" of Earth doesn't make you root for him as much here.
I'm sorry, but if you don't like them talking... just watch the damn show. Or time it up in the background and turn it up or something I dunno.

Ideally to enjoy the show purely for the comedy, it's best seen relatively quietly besides laughing, which they do leave time for.
