hey, some good advice. with opening the Blu-ray cases!!! get a flathead screwdriver and lightly put in between the 2 hinges that open and close the case, pull back far enough on both top and bottom and do that. then it will open alot easier... !!

You are welcome. The reason why I asked is because, the main character in "Funeral Home " hears voices, which reminded me of both the grandma and Jordan Phipps's character Morgan in your film.
@@robertcarey45 haha I never thought about that before, but you're right. Biggest inspiration for "Close Calls" though at the time was definitely David Lynch, Polanski, and all the Italian horror weirdness from Fulci and Argento.
Here in the UK we finally got this by 88 Films i'am wondering is the audio bad in this release, it's terrible on my version almost like when you don't have the audio jack fully in on your headphones and everything sounds muffled.
@@jamesmorris7844 the audio has always been a little rough on this one. I don't think it was captured/mixed very well when they initially filmed it. Scream Factory did a decent job working with what they had, but it's still a muddled stereo mix. I think it's the source material, and sadly it's probably the best we'll ever get for this one. I'm just glad it had subtitles, unlike the old DVD. Lol.

I've never seen this before Is this a ghost movie ?
It's more of a mystery/slasher, in the vein of "Psycho." Not really a 'gore' or 'body count' slasher though. It's a bit of a slow burn.
