My current favorite Simon Peter moment so far is when some of the Pharasees are giving Jesus a bad time about touching the woman who had the bleeding problem after she had been healed, and Simon asked "Are we really having this conversation" at the same moment I was thinking that very question. That was super cool to me.

People in my Bible study group were always asking which was which (all of the characters except for Jesus & strangely, the women), so it’s a thing. I just wanted to “champion” Joey’s wonderful performance as Thomas…well, & Giavanni’s as Nathaniel, too!

i would like to see more for sure. Thanks for bringing these. But could we SEE some actual clips which implies 30-60 seconds of footage. For some of your showings were literally a split second and some were 1 to 2 seconds. Thats not a clip- that's like those popcorn images that flash in a movie so fast they are not discernible with your eyes. Your lead ins are 4x the length of the flashes. is there a reason Why are they so short??

I must say, I am quite disappointed with what’s going on with The Chosen. It still hasn’t returned to Amazon Prime. I heard that they are looking for a channel that will pick it up for more $$. Could this be true? No show has touched my soul more than this one and it seems as greed has set in. Incredibly disappointed.

There was an ongoing legal proceeding between the chosen and angel studios which has now been resolved. Season four will premiere this Sunday for free on the chosen app at 7 PM EST and eventually will be released to other streaming services.

Nowhere in the Bible does Jesus actually say, "I am the Law of Moses." The Chosen distorts the Bible. From this to mocking is just a short step.

But he's indeed the law of moses, they have clearly added a disclaimer that, some extra words and scenes are inserted into the show. And For better understanding they added to study bible thoroughly. How you people act like its a crime??? It's a tv show based on the life of jesus and his disciples.
Though Christ supported the law of Moses (primarily in the Ten Commandments) he also established a new way of living, stresing upon a kind of forgiveness that was at that time alien to the Jews.

The Chosen falsely dramatises the life of God on Earth, for the sake of creating cinematically powerful scenes, and selling their "merch".
This being a divine and holy subject, of course there will be criticisms, just as Christ Himself criticised the vendors in the temple of God, who, by selling their wares, were turning it into a market.
I have not called it a crime, it is you who have used that exaggerated word. I have merely pointed out the facts about this serial, which you have confirmed by mentioning their disclaimer.

You casually take this and then change the narrative arbitrarily merely for cinematic effect...of course you will get corrective feedback, for the sake of unsuspecting viewers at least.

Dallas calls it a "Jesus show", for he is using the story of Jesus and applying artistic license heavily in spades.
