Love your reviews! They are so detailed and answer basically all of the questions I'd have regarding these figures. Scared to buy online though, don't wanna get ripped off

I have this figure, and I LOVE it, but the swords are very fragile, and I'm too afraid forcing them into the gripping hands would break them, especially in combination with the special effect parts. Despite that, I still really like it and have found some pretty cool poses for it. :)
I got both Asuna and Kirito Figma figurines. They're awesome!

Very nice and detailed figure as well as your review :)) ! Can you tell me what kind of rotating base( or whatever this base is...) you are using? I couldn't find something similiar on amazon or google :/.
Stretching out the fingers a bit to loosen them helps, not to much though or you'll distort them and make them too loose.
When pushing it in make sure to hold the hilt below the visible weak point and ease it in slowly (Thats what she said!)

Hey, I’m thinking about ordering one off amazon as a Christmas gift to myself, and I checked the sellers, some of them say “Shipped from Japan” and some of them don’t. If it says “Shipped from japan”, would that mean it’s real?
You can get some of these figures for about $50 on the Good Smile Company website. Was looking for these figures.
Thinking of getting this figure but I would like to know how to get the swords in kirito's hands I got the link one and they suggested to put the sword in hot water and then you can take the bottom off and then back on once you have the sword in hand is there a similar way of doing it or do I have to mess with the fingers at all?
At first it took quite a push to get it in. I was pretty sure it was going to scratch it pretty badly but it actually didn't.

it's pretty easy, just carefully pull from the base of the wrist and then out. don't wrench on it if it feels like it's not gonna come out haha XD
I used Mr. Hobby plastic glue to fix the sword I broke on the Yui figma, but its really delicate now
God damn! I picked up the wring figma box when writing that, 158 is blue as well! ^^ Thanks for the heads up, I'll change it now.

Oz Vamosh It would be hard to find reputable websites with rarer figma that are legit, especially with oder figma. I see them around in Akiba all the time, and was actually considering starting an ebay shop to make them available to people outside of Japan, with a full guarantee that they are legit.
Have you tried the online Madarake store? They sell older and pre-owned figures and are a trusted store.

i bought mine a few days ago, and there's a problem, the sheath doesn't fit the dual holder on kirito's back. and for the one slot holder, i can;t even fit elucidator's sheath there. pls help. is this a defect, or are you guys also experiencing this? should i get it replaced? help. :(

I got him and I tried to make him hold his sword but I had no idea how to put it in his hand and ended up breaking the sword handle! I'm planning to super glue it later, but as for now how am I supposed to make him hold his sword? Thanks.

Try stretching the hands a bit to loosen them up a bit, the hands seem to be made of a more durable softer plastic than the swords

What do you do about repair, because my dark repulsor handle broke off, I put super glue on it, it's on but it's not straight, so if there is somewhere I can go to get it repaired property, could you tell me if you know, I would really appreciate it

It really depends on how much you want it, its a great little figure but whether or not its worth the price is up to you.

Does your Kirito Figma have a hard time with its stand staying in the back of the figure? Mine just won't stay no matter what, if I just slightly touch it, he will pop off of his stand. Any suggestions?

2.i was watchin the episode where he meets lizbeth, and he suddenly had that new outfit and the different sword. did i miss an episode, or did he get those offscreen?

My rerelease kirito just arrived, and its's actually smaller than I expected... but a great figure nonetheless, had tu put his hands on Clouds buster sword for a while so they stretched the enough.

A day after i bought mine his arm fell off even though i was being very carefull. And now i don't know what to do because the arm can't pop back on like the legs can.
