It's all about knowing what can and what cannot be done and it's best to discuss that ahead of time so patients are prepared for surgery.
Her thighs look fine. No one is going to notice unless you hold your leg up and point it out.
Just get a gym trainer and do some leg exercises

Very slight irregularity. Looks natural. Only someone with high level knowledge would notice this. Inner thigh skin is thin and always rubbing so I can see it being as issue to get right.
I'll probably keep my inner thighs the same. My stomach fat is more important to get rid of than my thigh fat.

I was thinking about a thigh lift. I lost over 100lbs and the chafing from the slightly loose skin can be painful
This happened to me and I hate it. I wish my Dr would've said something. Now my legs look awful 😭
I would ask your surgeon if he or she may be able to place fat back into your thighs if there is a contour irregularity. Sometimes that will help. It's just a very hard area to perform liposuction in.
Now I finally understand why my doctor in 2015 did not take as much thigh fat out as I would have wanted ideally. The thing is they will always be pesky. I’d consider cool sculpting in the future. It was worth every penny to get them done in 2015, though. I have looked better ever since.
What if you are doing a thigh lift, would lipo be recommended?

No not at all. it’s just that we usually don’t lipo that area anymore. We used to-a lot-but most patients now like to have a full hip and a very voluptuous look so we preserve the outer thigh fat.

I hope you are doing well. I had a BBL with liposuction on the inner thighs. I am 7 weeks post-op, and despite massages every 2 days (started in the 4th week post-operation), this area remains very firm. What do you suggest?
Today, I tried sitting down at 7 weeks post-op, and it's a bit painful, and the back of my thigh feels tight. What can I do to be able to sit comfortably? What are your thoughts?

I think the whole skin tightening industry has disappointing results in my opinion. I was always hoping technology would really change things at this stage of my career but I haven't seen anything yet that really works well.

Yeah. My inner thigh lipo left my skin sagging in that area. I told my doctor to take all he could out of my mid section and IF there was none left then do the thighs but he did my thighs and left fat in my abdomen. So I don’t like either

Whole leg lipo doesn't turn out very well. Very lumpy and un-even.
You could do a fat transfer to that area

Wouldn’t that need a lift then to help that?
She would not be a candidate for a thigh lift because she doesn't have enough excess skin so she is stuck with her shape. That's why I think a lot of times with the inner thigh if the shape is ok just to leave them alone. If we only lipo to remove fat and don't pay attention to the shape we end up with a deformed shape. Yes there is less fat but at the cost of a worse shape.
