Love Dr William"s sense of humor while he explains very serious stuff! =) Love it, I am two weeks post breast augmentation and doing well after following his advise, he is really the best!, can't wait to come back for my liposucion and fat transfer to my butt in 2 and half months from now.
Surgery is very serious but the rest of the time I like to have fun. I get the chance to meet new people everyday, I have great staff so I enjoy my work. I couldn't imagine dreading going to work. Work is fun for me.

Oh my Doctor!! They kept opening my incisions for 3 weeks while getting lymphatic massages. I didn’t know, thankfully no infection.
I am guessing Turkey? They did that to me as well during their massage,

Can I just use foam and not board for tummy liposuction?
I am 2 dpo and the RN that does my massages does open up my incisions but she said that applies more if u going to a "Massage therapist person" but this being done right at my Surgeons office by his Therapist under extreme sterilized rooms, solutions abd while on my 10days of antibiotics. She said they'll do it until not more fluid is coming out along with electronic red light therapy.
Can I wear a board even if I had a TT scar revision along with lipo?

So bummed I didn’t get told most of these. I got drainage and bought garments but that’s all and was told to stop wearing garments too early. My incisions were also closed and I had no leakage so I retained fluid which left pockets that have never gone away :(

Do you have to go to a masseus for the 10 to 20 massages or can you just do them yourself with the roller?
I love your work and reached out to yimey in your office for pricing and an estimate on when you can do surgery Post partum as you suggested in your comments as your site does not include pricing but she chooses to not provide me with any information asked and I’ve sent more than one email. If you can’t provide pricing or relevant information as needed then I’m afraid you lost a potential client. Will have to look for a different doctor which is disappointing.

Just purchased the roller, thank you Dr. William! At the roller website it mentions using it one week after surgery, this was good to know as I was curious when I can start using it. By the time it arrives (I'm here out in California) I will be ready to start rolling.
A few other thoughts Dr. William:
1. From the roller website, the instructions are to first use the roller up and down manually without any vibration/heat, and on the second round use the vibration/heat mode. Is this correct? Is there a recommended amount of force and heat/vibration to use initially? Or is it as much force as you can comfortably tolerate?
2. I seem to get conflicting information on when I can exercise after my procedure. Some clinics recommend anywhere from 4 - 6 weeks post-op, with easing back into exercise at week 4 and previous level intensity at around 6 - 8 weeks. Others recommend exercising as soon as you can but mostly things like easy walking the first few weeks. From your recommendation it seems like there is no restrictions so long as it doesn't make you feel pain/discomfort. After my procedure I plan on using my home elliptical staring the day after but at an easy pace for the first week.
3. Most clinics seem to indicate that you can go back to work the following day or a few days post-surgery. Unfortunately due to my busy work schedule and rarity of available time slots for lipo at my local clinic, I had to take one day off from work and will have to go in work the next day. It also happens that we are in a busy time period and my job has a lot of manual labor involved. I'm not that open with my co-workers that I will tell them I had liposuction, so I am hoping to be able to do enough work but without having to do heavy exertion like lift boxes and things of that nature.

The boards go over or under the foam panels?
Boards on skin in the front and back. Wear for two weeks and then foams on the upper abdomen and flanks and wear for two weeks. After two weeks start to wear FibroGuard under your faja.

You made me realise surgery is NOT for me!
As a surgeon it is very important to know when to operate and more importantly when NOT to operate. I think the same applies for a patient. Sometimes an operation is just not for you.

It's not common to perform a second tummy tuck on someone because there is usually not enough skin but revisions, and fine tuning are sometimes possible.
