Fix - VLC Player Lagging & Skipping when playing 4k/1080p HD Videos | Easy Steps

In this video: How to Fix Crashing, Lagging, Skipping, Stuttering/Buffering, Grey Screen problem & Lagging while Playing MKV Video Files. VLC Media Player.
Step 1:
How to Fix VLC Player Skipping And Lagging Problem In Windows 10 Using Input/Codecs Settings
a) Follow Step 1 from Method 1.
b) Simple Preferences window - click on Input/Codecs icon on the top of the window - Codecs section - Hardware-accelerated decoding - select Disable from drop-down - Save.
Step 2:
a) Advanced Preferences window - bottom of the screen - click on the radio button next to All - on the left side, above Show settings - scroll down - Video - Output modules.
b) On the right side of the window - Video output module - select Automatic from the drop-down.
Step 3:
a) Open VLC Media Player - Tools - Preferences.
b) Advanced Preferences window - bottom left of the window - click the radio button next to All - on the left side, above Show settings - scroll down -click on Input/Codecs.
c) On the right side of the window - scroll down - Advanced - File caching (ms) - change value from 300 to 600 - click on Save.
Step 4:
a) Advanced Preferences window - bottom of the screen - click on the radio button next to All - on the left side, above Show settings - scroll down - Input/Codecs.
b) Under Input/Codecs - expand Video Codecs - select FFmpeg.
c) On the right side of the window - scroll down - find Thread - change the value from 0 to 2 - Save.
& Its' DONE!

The reason why these videos won't play is because CZcams doesn't provide the correct codecs to play the videos correctly. One needs said codecs or video freezing is inevitable. "Combined Community Codec Pack" with playing videos with "VLC player", will play any video you throw at it, even 8k 4320p videos. It will also let you skip across videos to point you wish to play and instantly play from that point. It is all about the codecs.

Thanks for the advice... the settings in this video doesn't helped much.
Even though I had decided a time ago that I won't download any such software I don't know enough about.
Also I had downloaded a dozen different codec packs throughout the years and always had issues until I decided to use VLC... I thought that their updates will handle these more common problems.
Why it's important to encode a video with an opera musical piece in 60fps is above my understanding 🤔🥴

audio > audio resample > src resampler > sample rate converter type: SINC FUNCTION (BEST QUALITY)
video > filters > video filter module > gradfun video filter: ✓
video > filters > swscale > scaling mode: SINCR
video > general audio settings > grayscale video output: ✓
FIX 6:
input / codecs > video codecs > ffmpeg > decoding > skip the loop filter for h.264 decoding: ALL

Thank you so much. I bought new smart 4k ultra HD TV 65inches and on that via Hdmi the video was lagging so much and it used to come on and off continuously. This solved it at last after trying new graphics card setting, updating and buying a ne 2.0 HDMI Cable, nothing helped. This video settings makes it run so smooth. Thanks

I set the File Caching in Input/Codecs to 2000 on mine , that is all I did to it, cause it was not working and now it works better, actually now it works . I left the Hardware-accelerated decoding to Automatic on mine .
I made some dumb changes in it and it was not showing any video any more :))))))))))))))))) I could not remember exactly what I did :))))))))))))))))))))), I reverted back to defaults and then I just set 2000 to the File Caching and it works good now .
I don't have the newest version of VLC cause I tried doing this with the newest version of VLC and it still had problems and it was not working good . I have a slightly older version that works good on mine, so the versions of VLC probably count for something too .
The VLC 3.0.4 works good for mine, if anybody has problems with other versions of VLC, you can try that version .

It's working, लेकिन जब laptop को बन्द करके वापिस चालू करता हूं, तो वापिस buffering होने लगता है।
Plz भाई कोई permanent solution बताओ।
और मेरे लैपटॉप मे एक और problem है। , जब मै desktop पर कोई App add करता हूं। तोApp(icon) add तो हो जाता है। पर लैपटॉप को बन्द करके वापिस चालू करने पर वो App दिखता ही नहीं है। इसलिए उसको भी बार बार desktop पर लाना पड़ता है।
