Mega Man X: Command Mission - Part 18 - Epsilon

This is it we've made it to the end of the Grave Ruins Base and finally face off against the leader of the Rebellion, Epsilon, but first we got to deal with Scarface one last time...
Boss Strategies
First up is Scarface again though this time he is weaker compared to the first time, but that doesn't make him any less threatening. It actually worth equipping any Thunder Guards/Resists this time or equipping any Fire element weapons, instead focus on taking him down as quick as possible, just be mindful of his gimmick from the first fight, don't hit him with the same attack type twice in a row.
Now for Epsilon, this fight starts up immediately so you don't get a chance to heal. If anything you can grind off the standard encounters in the rooms before until you're past halfway to a level up so when defeating Scarface you gain a level and heal to full for Epsilon. This fight is a two parter so be careful to not blow through your sub tanks only to not be able to heal for the second part. Epsilon isn't particularly dangerous damage wise but he does have a move that will bring a party member's hp to 1 I would recommend using the Bait sub with Axl's Hyper Mode to negate this but other than that wail on Epsilon with everything you got and if you have access to X and Zero's second Hyper Modes then this won't be that bad of a fight.

I actually defeated Epsilon without the Absolute Zero and Ultimate Armor Hyper Modes once (I used only the X Fire and Black Zero Hyper Modes).

I had to on my first run of the game because I didn't know those armors were available 😂

@@ogichi32 I was also thinking in mind hit epsilon with the Oil Can Sub-Weapon then hit him with a lot of Fire Attacks (including Ultra Fires).

@@ogichi32 I couldn't defeat Rafflesian for the life of me until I found out about Duckbill Mole and Absolute Zero. My jaw dropped at how powerful these forms were. I can't believe they were technically optional as I couldn't have beaten the game without them.

I didn’t had those armors too I was stuck on this boss for 6 month and then I keep on raging because I was stuck on this boss after I rage too much I lost my voice because I’m trying to beat command mission for first time

@@swager6402 I was also thinking using the Oil Can as a sub-weapon (and equipping Zero with the Flame Saber) and repeatedly getting Epsilon and he would be invulnerable to fire-related attacks.
