- This is actually really a TEST to see if my console game recording is good enough to be...well...good. The fact I had to record this onto a DVD and the only way I knew I could get any of the video after searching through the DVD files was to play the DVD and use a screen recorder...so....

It's really sad that the X series is no more, this game gave so much potential for what could be done with the series
For some reason, I think it's funny, everytime X gets pissed, and I love how Axl's just standing there before they even fight Redips at all. xD

in hindsight as an adult nearing 2 decades later, I was on x's side with the whole friendship and peace as a kid.
but redips wanted freedom, he wanted choice and to have control over the destiny of the reploids. replace reploids with people and he wanted freedom for his people. it's a tough choice of peace vs freedom, complacency vs agency. he was megalomaniacal for sure, to be master of the universe was a bit much, but I resonate with him now more than ever with that last speech.
Redips: At least it's not Sigma again.

MN9 was a disaster. Keiji Inafune is a fraud. Capcom doesn't know what to do with Mega Man.
It's a pretty bleak time to be a Blue Bomber fan.

Wonder how long they had to wait for rescue before realizing both Axl and Zero have flight capabilities. Zero handled carrying X while Axl followed. Absolute Zero is my favorite version of Zero.
During my battle with Redips, Axl and Zero did most of the work. X spent the battle pretty much playing dead. Sadly I sort of let leveling him up slide. His HP points were on the low side. This happens when you keep dying in every battle leaving the other two members of your team to do the work. The one time X survived a battle, I about celebrated.
Jodye Rudolph X does too. He can hover.

Actually, this game takes place in 22XX, same time period as the Zero games. In other words, completely different timeline.

It's *confirmed* that both this game and the Zero series take place in 22XX (Zero was released before Axl was introduced into the X series, and in the Zero series, it was explicitly stated that Zero was in stasis for a century (roughly 100 years), meaning it had to be 22XX). And since this game clearly doesn't take place during the events of Zero, it's a different timeline.
Of course, there's also the fact that Capcom themselves stated it's in a different timeline than the rest of the Megaman Games: megaman.fandom.com/wiki/Mega_Man_X:_Command_Mission#cite_note-1

How's X and Zero get ultimate armor? I complete this game many time but didn't know they have secret armors.
Sword Blade They are hidden behind lock doors in the prison and ice areas, but you can only get the keys by using the deployment system (talk to Nana to have her sent robots to in area to find rare items.)

Sad... I have finished the game but barely remember it at all. It wasnt bad at all either. I just remember that my team was zero (with black armor (I prefer is original over this vampire like version.)) x (with ultimate armor) and that ninja girl that could go quicksilver.

There's just something weird about this game where you don't remember it. But you know you had a hell of a good time.
Marino is by far my favorite character of the game!! Too bad she pretty much NEVER APPEAR in cut scenes once you recruit her. She appears only once actually at that Helipad ambush attack. But she's still playable all the way through and contributes to the team like crazy! That's all that matter after all lol. But playing without her is really hard! Especially in the final boss stage! She's truly talented.

I always say this when a boss fight is hard and they say its easy afterwards. My first time playing through Tales of Vesperia and The second(or third?) boss had me stuck for days and then they simply say it was easy.

IMO, the story and atmosphere were both really good in this game.
But with that said, it *is* weird how they completely forgot about the other party members while writing the last chapter. Could've just been a budget issue, though.
As soon as you form X, Zero, Axl party the other characters ( minus Spider til he dies lol geezzz wonder why ) are almost at nonexistent in cutscenes. Which is a bummer. Either budget issues, or deadline issues, or purely simply laziness. I guess we will never know. But at least they're still playable to the fullest which counts the most lol. Marino being my favorite character! Thank goodness she survives this whole war anyhow! Just wish they worked on her character a lot more after recruiting her though.
