Honda CBF 1000 project - coolant change (and flush)

Ahhhhh. My apologies folks - didn't film this as I went along as I completely forgot. However, I reckon you'll still get a good feel of what to do from watching this.
Not difficult, just take your time and be organised.

Just got a 2009 cbf 1000 with abs, looking for the diagnostic plug so I can fit a gear indicator, have found a couple of possibilities under the main seat, any help would be appreciated
